Second visit to Santiago and first stay at the Ritz Carlton Santiago. The RC is well located and has easy access to all the modern areas and restaurant, shopping etc. We utilised the hotel for small conference and the service teams performed wonderfully and fully aligned themselves to our needs for a successful event. Food and Beverage also highlighting the...

Very nice accommodations, very attentive staff, great breakfast and dining experience. We stopped on the way to, and upon return from, Portillo. They managed many groups transferring to vans very nicely. I would stay there again without reservation. The sommelier guided us through a bunch of Chilean wines, which we enjoyed very much.

Tired of being "on guard" against petty thieves, bad service, bad cappuccinos and bad sidewalks? Then look no further than the Ritz Carlton. While visiting Santiago, my mother and I stayed at another hotel across the street from the Ritz Carlton. We walked the same streets, visited the same coffee shops, dodged the same traffic and the same people that...

We stayed for 2 nights, one night before and one night after our trip to Portillo. We were supposed to stay 2 nights on the way, but we missed our connection and thus missed a day in Santiago. The hotel was great about canceling our reservation and not charging us. We mentioned that it was my daughter's birthday, and on...

This is " THE BEST HOTEL " in Santiago! If you can, stay on the Club level for what is definitely the best check in available!!! The wine and food alone are reason enough and put that together with FANTASTIC SERVICE and there is no other reason to go anywhere else...STAY HERE!

Probably one of the classiest hotels I have had the pleasure to stay at. The food from the restaurant was brilliant, the waiter knew his wines and made an excellent selection for me that complimented the food. The bed and the pillows are probably the best I have experienced. Service impeccable.

I've been at the ritz for two nights and didn't have a chance to use their facility in full. It is conveniently located in the financial district and close to a park where you can run. The rooms are nice and modern and the carpets and curtain, although of traditional style, are fresh and recently installed (or very well kept)!...

This hotel, while comfortable, seems like it has the same carpet and room furnishings from when it was built. The pink and green decor is so dated, you cannot believe you are at the Ritz! But the beeakfast is absolutely amazing-from every fruit, cheese, meat under the sun to a smoothie bar, made to order menu items and an omelet...

Ritz Carlton Santiago went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable from the moment I arrived at the door. All staff were knowledgeable, especially regarding options for sightseeing. I opted to go to the port of Valparaíso & Vina Del Mar (my favorite, best fresh fish ever) as well as two local Casablanca Valley wineries (Emiliana &...
