I stayed at the hotel for two nights on my way to the mountains. The location is good, but the property is getting tired. It was opened 12 years and I doubt there has been any major uplift since then. The room is like any other Ritz that was opened 10 years ago. Spacious, comfortable bed, decent quality wifi. The...

We stayed here in March/April for our anniversary. We booked free nights (8) on the concierge floor with Marriott points. I cannot say enough good things about our accommodations, the concierge lounge, the wonderful staff and location! We were walking distance from numerous and wonderful restaurants. I have stayed in other parts of the city...but this the preferred location for...

We spent 5 days at the Ritz while on a delegation to several Latin American Countries. While the officials of the delegation were in meetings, us spouses were on adventures. It was terrific to return to the Ritz each evening. Highlights: very welcoming door attendants, very helpful concierge and spectacular rooftop terrace, pool and hot tub. Morning breakfast was top...

what a lovely, relaxing place and you'd never know you're right in a metropolitan city, as it's quiet and relaxing, yet easy access to restaurants, shopping, the metro, etc. The staff are professional, friendly and helpful. We were there for business but also got to enjoy the gym and pool....the restaurant has a terrific menu and outstanding quality of food....

The hotel is truly amazing. We stayed here on two different occasions and the service was really amazing. We were truly served with the best help and the staff was the friendliest we had in all of South America. The hotel is in the Golf region of Santiago and is very centrally located. We were able to take a 30...

The hotel is located in a very nice neighborhood, everything was very good. Especially in Chile where the service is not very good. The size of the suite was good, and the food at the concierge level was ok.

On my first visit to Santiago I have stayed at the Ritz and the experience was very good. The service was impeccable, the room followed the ritz Carlton way by the book and the breakfast was as expected. Can't complain! The price was high but the hotel delivered.

My husband was in Santiago on business and I was along for the ride. We were lucky enough to be on the club level, which we highly recommend. We would like to name particular names, however every person we encountered in the club was just fantastic. From welcoming us, to planning a trip to an organic winery, to remembering the...
