We recently spent 3 days at this hotel and were delighted with our choice of this hotel. The hotel is located in a good part of Santiago, close to the underground, close to an array of excellent restaurants, and if one is a tourist, close to the jump on jump off tourist bus. The hotel has the feel of an exclusive club. The rooms... More

Awesome hotel in a nice area- very safe and close to a bunch of restaurants. This hotel is far from city center, almost at the end of metro line @ El Golf stop. However, the metro is fast, reliable and runs frequently which makes it easier to go see the sights. The hotel staff are friendly and accommodating. They let... More

This is the 6th time I stay here. Perfect location is las condes. Safe and nice neighborhood with walking distance to several good restaurants and right on top of the efficient metro. The line goes to la moneda downtown. I had the fortune and staying in a business suite and had access to the club lounge. The breakfast is perfect.... More

Just what you'd expect from a Ritz-Carlton. Top service, excellent food, friendly personnel, room and bathroom well-sized, good shower. Curtains could do with a wash. Nice spa area. Ideal Executive Floor (although a shame that the Americans have to use this room to make their lengthy & loud phone calls; I'd expect the hotel staff to curb this). All in... More

The Ritz is decorated in classic English style, walls covered either with panneled wood or in silky soft green and cream wall paper. English style furniture, lovely printings (including in the bathrooms) and the exquisite vases of flowers make the whole enviroment elegant but not imposing. Service could not have been lovelier: I felt the smiles and greetings were warm... More

Great gym with fantastic views. Rooms of the sort you would expect from standard Ritz-Carlton stock. The bar downstairs should not be missed with its impeccable Pisco Sours and other libations. The spa is also quite nice and can double as a spot to change after an overnight flight prior to your room being ready.

We stayed (my couple and myself) for 01 night. We were celebrating our anniversaire and my Bday. The hotel gave us as a courtesy a delicious cake and a couple of romantic decoration. The service from all staff is great, they are very friendly, professional and warm. Great cuisine at the Arola restaurant!

What a beautiful place. We were only there for one night before we left for Valpariso for our cruise. The room was large and the bed comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was very good. We even had free wifi.

I stayed there for 3 nights on vacations with my family (including a <6mo child). Now for people used to the international 5 star hotels, you would find the following: 1. Frequently no bellboy to open or close doors, and if there was one, he would be chatting with some cab or transfer driver outside. 2. The "professional-smile" was there,... More

overnight stays en route to and from Antarctica. Hotel doesn't look much externally, but is superb from the moment you reach the entrance. Service from all staff superb, excellent food and very comfortable rooms. Nice to have a separate shower. Would be delighted to return some time.
