This hotel is great! One of the best I've stayed in. From the receptionists to the room, everything was excellent! Location is awesome as well. Perfect price for the experience you'll get here. Only complaint is the the floor gets kinda dirty. But otherwise, I loved my stay and will stay here if I come back to Santiago.

We booked based upon TripAdvisor recos and were not disappointed. They arranged the transfer from the airport and it went perfectly. We only had the afternoon following a red eye flight from Toronto so didn't do very much exploring. Staff were friendly, included breakfast was good, room quite comfortable. Great value for travelers not needing all the bells and whistles.

This hotel is located in a pedestrian friendly neighborhood near where many of the tourist sights are found. The hotel layout is strange with a series of small marble-lined galleries on the ground floor. The people at the front counter were helpful and arranged for us to book another night even though they were pretty full. We had a late...

We stayed at the Panamericano for 5 nights in January 2017. The room was large & the beds comfortable. The WIFI was perfect, the breakfasts were excellent and the dining room adequate - at least it was when we ate before 8am. The hotel is so central that all of Santiago's sights are reachable on foot - we even walked...

We stayed two nights at this hotel before our cruise trip. We booked this hotel after having read good reviews about the hotel, especially its location. The location is very good, only a few blocks from Plaza de Armes, the center of the city. The hotel staff was friendly; some spoke ok English some not. The breakfast was good. The...

A good place to stay in downtown Santiago, very close to excellent museums and other attractions. Friendly, helpful staff and a good breakfast, also an acceptable restaurant if needed. My room on the sixth floor was facing the main road but was quiet, it had even a tiny balcony and a nice view.

I would say Panamericano is a mid range hotel both for the price and for the services offered and it meets the overall expectations. It's centrally located, being a good choice for those who want to explore downtown Santiago by foot. Besides sightseeing, the area is full of shops, restaurants and the metro is less than 10 minutes away. Rooms...

Amazingly kind receptionists who will do their best to meet the needs of the guest: I had a serious problem with connecting my cell phone to the hotel WiFi, which was not the result of the poor wireless network but malfunction of my phone. The receptionist did not give up until he fixed my phone, it took him 20 minutes...
