Friendly welcome from front desk. Arrived post cruise late morning but rooms available. Good sized room, clean with all amenities. Location is 10 minute walk from local Mall where everything is, shops, restaurants, supermarket and tourist office. Nothing else within walking distance of the hotel. Small swimming pool, freezing cold but with nice patio area around, good for a drink/tea....

We too stayed prior to a cruise and arrived early, even so given a free drink while we waited. We were given a nice quiet room with comfy big bed and adequate storage, very excellent breakfast and good restaurant and snack food provided, not a huge choice on the menu but OK, there is a big mall with eateries just...

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights pre cruise. We arrived mid morning and our room wasn't ready but we were given vouchers for a complimentary drink while we waited. The rooms were very clean and a reasonable size, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom large, with a mirrored wall! There are roadworks outside the hotel, but...

This hotel was our base for a couple of nights prior to our cruise, the staff on the main reception area were very helpful. It is in a good area so Santiago and is close to a shopping mall with plenty of good places to eat. The food in the hotel restaurant is ok but not much choice. The hop...

they are building a giant road junction/roundabout all round this hotel at the moment but despite this the hotel was clean and comfortable and reasonably quiet.we tested the small swimming pool which was next to the roadworks and even that was okay. The typical Chilean dish of fresh crab in the restaurant was delicious and not too expensive.

My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights pre cruise from Valapariso. Reception staff exceptionally helpful at all times and allowed us an early check in which was very welcome after a 14 hour flight from London. Dinner in the restaurant was good albeit on one occasion our steaks were very tough and tasteless. Coming from the UK where...

This place is a great find! Just as luxurious as the fancy big-name hotels, but a really great price. Smaller, so you get personalized service. Excellent breakfast, with even a few Chilean specialties. Great location means everywhere you want to go is a $5 Uber away. If you ask, the bar will make you a pisco sour that is not...

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights 'post cruise', we loved it. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet (despite the hotel's location close to a busy main road, it offered everything you might need to chill out before a long flight home. Reception staff were fantastic, advising us on timings, helping us pre-book trips to save time and...

We were driven from Valparaiso to Santiago and booked into the Hotel Kennedy for a two night stay before flying home to the U.K. The hotel was chosen by our internet cruise company and was I guess a moderately priced one. It was clean and well looked after, nice comfy beds and large bathrooms. Two small indoor and outdoor pools...

Very well appointed hotel with welcoming front desk staff and a nice 'feel' about it in that it feels like home, if one can say that about a hotel?. Online bookings handled efficiently. Good breakfast, well appointed room with good views across the city - not hemmed in. We have stayed here previously and will stay again.
