This was our 3rd time at this hotel. The 2 prions were okay, but this last time in September of 2016 surpassed all of the bad situations you can encounter at any hotel. First of all, they have grown so fast and they are so busy that they don't have time to smile anymore. At the restaurant, we ordered a... More

The hotel is nicely located in the quiet area of Providencia. Overall the hotel is ok (the "average" mark is because it doesn't deserve a "very good" in my opinion), the staff are nice and helpful. The hotel is a bit old fashioned and in the need for refurbishment, but it remains a nice place to stay, good value for... More

Pretty bad hotel in general. Room was pretty big which was a plus since there were three of us. The hotel registration attendant first sent us to a room which was already occupied which was a real embarrassment for us. The hotel is is a great neighborhood but third rate

I went to Santiago for 6 nights. It was my first time at this hotel. The room is quite small with old fashion decoration. The breakfast is quite basic so if you are going to stay more than a couple of nights you will get bored of the same breakfast everyday. The best was its location, in providencia. There are... More

We stayed here at the beginning and end of our trip to the Atacama desert in Chile. The rooms are very comfortable and staff is friendly and attentive. The included breakfast buffet had a decent variety of foods. The hotel is well located and convenient to the subway system.

The location of this hotel is actually nice since it is only a block away from the subway and also a few blocks from a big Mall. The rooms of the hotel are clean but a bit out of date and also very small comparing to other 4 star hotels in the city of Santiago. Stay was ok. Breakfast is... More

Stayed twice at this hotel when we were traveling with Overseas Adventure Travel. Hotel staff were so helpful. We left luggage there when we flew to Easter Island. Rooms were on the smaller size but were clean. Breakfast had a large assortment. Underground was very close to the hotel.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and it was very nice. The room was spacious and clean. It was a quiet hotel in spite of being located near a busy street. The breakfast was excellent and the service at the reception was fine. I would stay there again without hesitation.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good array of choices. the public areas of the hotel were very nice. However, my room could have used a little updating, especially in terms of lighting and the bathroom area. But it was very clean and I felt very safe. If you're looking for a reasonably priced, well located... More

Some prior reviews were poor but my recent 3-night visit with a tour group was nothing but pleasant. The room was clean, quiet and updated, the location had local shopping and access to transportation, the desk staff was helpful and the meals we were served were tasty and fresh.
