Clean efficient hotel but lacking character. Rooms comfortable and large. Staff helpful. Breakfast buffet good. Free wifi or if you dont have a computer with you there are free to use computers on site.

I would highly recommend this hotel. Location is excellent. Rooms are clean, and comfortable. Staff are exceptionally cordial, efficient, and helpful. Free breakfast, internet and phone calls a great plus. If you can get a rate at about US100 per day this is an impossible to beat option for Santiago.

We had booked the Grand Hyatt for the night following disembarkation from our cruise in Valparaiso. However, received an email that the Hyatt was closed post earthquake pending government structural inspection. Went to Tripavisor and searched - this place sounded good so went ahead and booked it. Very happy we did. Much nicer than anticipated and only minor damage as...

I had an extended stay here of two weeks for a business trip. The positives: the staff are friendly enough and speak pretty good English, in case your Spanish isn't good. The wireless internet is free, if slow and prone to dropping out, and the location is nice and central. The negatives: my room didn't have a bar fridge, a...

My wife and I stayed here (room 607)on the nights of 12th&13th March 2010 along with our Canadian friends. It was 2 weeks after the Chilean earthquake and other hotels were closed so it was busy, but the staff were good and helpful. It's a Holiday Inn and all our expectations were met, nice clean quiet rooms, good breakfast restaurants...

We departed our cruise ship on March 1st in Valpariso, and headed to Santiago, hoping we could get through the earthquake damage. We choice the hotel because of the name recognition, and as it turned out, the hotel was so superior to any Holiday Inn in the USA. It must make a difference if it is called Express. There was...

We stayed overnight going to South but it was a good option because the hotel is clean, well located and the price affordable. The view and the size of the room definatelly was an good advantage in comparison with other hotels in Santiago.

This hotel was everything I'd expect from the Holiday Inn brand. It was clean, roomy and modern. I had a room on the 14th floor so there was a good view of the city from the room through a large window. I will say though that the standard rates here are far more than I would ever pay for a...

I found the bed with choice of firm and soft pillows to be quite comfortable. I wasn't very impressed with the speed of the wireless internet in my room at first but once I connected to the cable in the room I found the free internet speed to be quite reasonable for work. There was a good sized desk to...
