Stayed there just a night for a conference. My room was on the 6th floor with a view to the Andes. However, the windows were very dirty, so the view to the mountains was not that pleasant. The other major problem in that room is that I could hear the water heater really loudly at 7 am. Breakfast was just... More

even with the heat off, my room is so hott! They brought a fan, but it only minimally helps. The glass patio door opens onto the most uninviting view I have ever seen, and it won't lock. Somebody could easily hop onto the patio and come in at night or when I am gone. So this is quite dangerous with... More

My hosts at a local university booked five nights for me in the Principado de Asturias. I knew that this wasn´t a new property, so I was immediately impressed with some updates in my room, which sported a new hard wood floor. Installers were working on other rooms down the hall, so there appears to a project going on. The... More

The staff were welcoming on arrival - though they seemed to not offer every opportunity available. I had a pre-paid voucher and this was Ok at check-in however when I handed it over at check-out, there was some disagreement and I simply stated that they needed to call the agency who had supplied the voucher. Once senior account management persons... More

Problems on booking - agency reservation. No booking registered in our name. Hitel employees unpolited. Argueed to solve the problem and it was their mistake. Dont even apologize. They dont accept visa pre paid card as garantee. They pit extra charges - 19% to use it. But, depending on the day it is not charged. There are some periods of... More

This hotel is very well situated, close to the metro. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It isn't, however, worthy of four stars. The rooms are a small and simply furnished; the restaurant is poor (though breakfasts are OK) and the bar lacks atmosphere.

This hotel is average. Breakfast is ok, could be better. Staff is very kind and helpful. Rooms are fine, if you're really tired. Location is really good: It's quite at night. very close to the Subway station, bus stops, a couple universities (the area is great all day, full of activities) and close to Bella Vista, a bohemian neighborhood that... Average hotel.Quite well positioned near the university sector so close to restaurants and bars. Pleasant park to sit in right opposite the hotel. Breakfast was average but in a small and cramped dingy room.I wouldnt walk around this area too late at night as I witnessed drug abuse and girls of the night hanging around just outside the front doors... Comfortable enough rooms and great location but some things like air conditioning and plumbing require attention. I got the impression staff are tired of apologizing. BreaKfast was ok but our 'snack' breakfast for an early start was poor.

I stayed there last week for vacation and I had a good (?) time there. In fact, I've seen other better hotels, with bigger bedrooms and in better conditions - for the same price... but still you can sleep there without many worries (I said MANY, ok?). The bedroom was ok, with a confortble bed (it didn't seemed very clean... More
