We booked our room directly at the hostel with the two managers and when we came back they told us that they made a mistake and had no reservation. Then they let us in Santiago, at 9 pm without helping us to find something else even it was their fault. The service is very bad.

The staff was really nice! When I arrived my online booking hadn´t worked because of a problem with the system and even when they where full they managed to find me a room. They were really helpful and nice. Also, they have a great atmosphere, this is not a party hostel but you get to meet nice people and enjoy... More

If you are looking for a low budget option this is it. You can choose the private room/bathroom at a very good price. There was a problem with my reservation but the staff was kind enough to fix it right away. The private room was small but confortable enough but I am pretty sure the sheets were not clean :(... This place was worse than I thought: even though the staff was very nice and the reception is beautiful, the facilities aren't good enough: no lockers where to keep your stuff next to the shared showers, not enough lockers in the shared bedrooms, breakfast was poor, not enough extra blankets (it's winter right now). But, the worst part of my... More

I thought everything about the stay was good. helpful staff, smooth checking and out process. Everything was clean, and very reliable wifi. What is expected out of a hostel. My only regret was the room we booked. My friend and I decided to spend a little extra money and get a 2 bed private room (no private bathroom). The room... More

The staff are very friendly. Clean rooms and excellent facilities. Best thing is that it is literally 5 meters from the metro station and the whole area around is full with resturunts, bars and other cool stuff. Highly recommend !

Most guests are accommodated in apartments in a high-rise on Merced, which is a 300-metre walk from reception. The high-rise has 24-hour guards. The apartments are well kept and clean. The maid comes in six days a week, not on Sundays. There is a supermarket on the first floor. This place is not recommended when you have a car; parking... More

The apartment at Merced was really nice, the location and equipment was lovely but (!!)the gas on the stove worked very poorly so do not count on cooking anything in the apartment because you could not even fry an egg. We sent an email to the desk but they ignored it. Second thing - we sent an extensive (and really... More

I stayed at the Andes apartment in February 2016 for three nights on floor 22. I really like the location and how quiet it is. It is also very spacious. If you're fussy you will notice that it is A little run down. towels had holes in them, marks on the sheets, wifi & safe didn't work, no aircon, broken... More

I do not recommend it. It's a nice place but pricey. The guys at the reception weren't nice. They were really snob and not so willing to help. The breakfast was horrible for the price, really, really poor and the wifi just worked at the reception. There are many other places in Santiago both better and cheaper.
