We chose this hotel based on reviews and it was a good choice. The price was excellent, the location superb and the rooms although spartan offered clean and comfortable beds and bathrooms. Our room was a little noisy being at the bottom of the properly overlooking an outside area used by hotel guests but the gate closed at night so...

This is a place that is not for those looking for all the comforts of a 5 star hotel. However it is a gem. The rooms are minimalistic - a hat stand the only hanging space. Carpet is rare. No TV to waste your time in the room. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms clean and adequate. The...

\A reasonably price, up scale hotel in the best location for wandering Valpo and experiencing the eclectic vibe of the area\ The hotel is at the top of a hill, right next to an "Ascensor" or hill side lift that takes you up and down the steep hill to the square below for 100 peso (20c us) each way. Totally...

Love this hotel. The hotel, located in the heart of the old city, offers great views and a helpful staff. Updated interior reflects a sensitivity to the past and to the environment. The location is adjacent to the Reina Victoria funicular and easy walking distance to a number of restaurants. If you use Uber for more far flung destinations you...

We only stayed there for one night but it was a nice experience. The rooms smelled a little of mold but probably due to the exterior wall which is made from some sort of clay and hay base. Great rooftop restaurant with amazing food. It is located in an nice area, the only downside is that they don't have a...

Stayed for a week on business. Great location and short walk to many restaurants. Staff very friendly. Check in and out is a bit slow. Plan at least 15-20mns...i had only one person in front of me. Takes about 10mns per person. Rooms were a nice size. My room had a sitting area next to the bed and a desk...

My partner and I stayed for one night only last week. I was so sad when leaving that magic place! The bedroom was amazing!!! The decoration..everything. Couldn't be happier! Best bed ever during my trip!!! The only three bad things... No aircon... No tv.. And the shower keeps playing up (hot/cold)

Returning to Chile after 41 years, as soon as you walk through the door and meet the staff you know you made a great choice. STUNNING views and beautiful simple rooms. Can't wait to dine tonight in the restaurant but you just know it will be good.

Hotel was unlike any hotel we've stayed before. The location was a little tricky for our taxi driver to find (could have been the language barrier) but once we found it, we were delighted at the location perched on a hillside. Everywhere around us was amazing graffiti art and delicious aromas from the restaurants nearby. The room was basic but...

Our taxi driver could not find the place and he asked for our help. I looked up because I knew that they had this great rooftop bar/restaurant. I spotted it above us and the taxi driver pointed out that you cannot drive there! He took us to a parking spot and we walked the extra 50 meters we needed to...
