We stayed for two nights after visiting the Galapagos islands. We arrived late-ish (after coming back from a day tour to Mitad del Mundo and Otavelo) and were welcomed by a helpful guy who showed us this charming hotel and advised us on where to go to walk / eat at night. Breakfast was great and we got everything we...

The hotel was very well located and had excellent staff. The staff went above and beyond to help us out with a shipping issue after we'd left Quito. Breakfast was excellent - fresh fruit, eggs, and tasty pastries. The decor and ambience of the renovations were very beautiful.

What a fabulous place. Stayed here on a bed and breakfast basis for 3 nights at the end of January. A warm welcome from the owner Sonia who couldn't do enough for us too ensure we were all happy with our rooms. A truly delightful lady....it was like staying with an old friend...or your Mum, she made us that welcome!...

This boutique hotel is lovely: filled with history and lovely antiques. We spent three nights and both the owner and staff helped in every way possible, even chilling and bringing us glasses for the wine we had bought. The plaza San Francisco is just a few steps away and we found all the main sights of the Old Town of...

We really liked this place. The internal courtyard is so pretty and the staff are really helpful. The location is brilliant - right beside the Plaza San Francisco. It's set back from the street though, so it feels quiet and secluded. It's an old wooden building so you might notice that you can hear the noise of floorboards creaking etc...

We spend a great week in this hotel which has a supreme setting in Quitos old town. The hotel is in an old monastery and has a beautiful interior with lots of antiquities. The Sanchez family and staff really cared for us, i.e. they called the airport a lot of times since our luckages was delayd by 40 hours ....

Really enjoyed our stay here. Lovely characterful hotel with rooms round central courtyard. Lovely large rooms and bathrooms with shower. Roof top terrace to relax on. Also really nice guest lounge and tea making room. Breakfast served in ground floor courtyard. Very friendly staff. Would recommend

Hotel is tucked away from one of the main squares. Beautiful layout and rooms and brilliant staff. Beds are incredibly comfortable and breakfast is terrific. Would recommend to anyone visiting Quito on business or pleasure. Wifi is great and there is a laundry service (but it's a bit pricey). The courtyard area is breathtakingly lovely and is a relaxing place...

We immensely enjoyed our stay at this unique, classical Spanish mansion held in the family for 3 generations. Sonia and her 2 sons were caring for us superbly, giving us advise on where to do the shopping, sightseeing etc. Amazing décor, clean and comfortable. We were also able to store our luggage whilst visiting the Galapagos. A charming place, perfect...

If you did not know you would walk pass the short alley way to this hotel. This also ensures peace and quiet right in the middle of the historic centre of Quito. Unfortunately we only had one night here before our flight home. As we had been kept awake a lot of the night before in a noisy hotel we...
