I had lunch a the Magic Bean, and the food was delicious! Their potatoes are amazing! I had the chicken po-boy and was actually very tasty, the chicken was juicy and crispy. Their juice bar is filled with possibilities. You can pretty much have any combination you want. I had the strawberry ginger orange, yum! The portions are very generous...

I would like to start stating that I'm in the food and beverage industry, so I know good service and food. I went to this place on my trip to Quito back in 2010, it was highly recommended by my ecuadorian cousin upon arrival. My travel buddy and I decided to give it a try the next day and we...

The restaurant located near plaza Foch and this explains the high cost. We tried chicken kebab but it was too dry. We ate at Suvlaki restaurant the same dish much more tasty at almost half of the price. The service was not good in magic bean.

After reading a few good reviews about the food here, I went there for dinner. And the food was good! And good prices for such huge servings. I got the stuffed peppers with mushroom rice, and it was amazing, it tasted so fresh and felt nice and healthy. And the rice was really tasty and the salad was good (although...

I hesitate to write a bad review and its the first one I've EVER written. However, its important for travellers to understand what they are signing up for when booking a stay. We booked room 4 and paid a deposit after visiting and having a meal. The food was wonderful and coffee was great. We knew we would be arriving...

The hotel is great- awesome location for young, hip folks wanting to party. I had a 2 year old- no partying here, but i liked the location. It was noisy but I am from NYC so it didnt bother me. The problem is, however, that there is MAJOR construction going on the entire block. It was hard to get in...

I stayed at this hostal for a couple of nights, because it is in the centre of the tourist attraction. The rooms are average, you can hear the traffic and people walking up and down the stairs. Shared bathroom was ok, except when the cleaning lady is busy cause then the shared bathroom changes .... Mobs, brooms, buckets, ...breakfast was...

An institution in Quito for maybe 20 years that offers reliable but unexceptional western food and good coffee. It is also a good meeting point. I've never actually stayed there but have seen the rooms which seem clean and functional although not that cheap for what they are.
