We took a cab from the airport. It's the easiest way. Just show the driver the address, it works whether he speaks English or not.

No there is no elevator. Casa San Rafael is a restored mansion with easy stairs, and plenty of help for those who need help with baggage.

If they do not have one, I am sure they can refer you to a company that would take you to the port. They are very helpful.
