First,like many hostels in the historical district, the rooms above the street are quite noisy. Traffic noise can start as early as 4am and continue quite late. If you're looking for peace and quiet avoid these above street rooms.

I don't believe this hostal provides airport transfer. That said, you should be warned that the trip from the Arequipa airport to this hostal is a fairly long one, and not very cheap. The hostal is right across the street from the tourist police station, and very very close to the monastery, and easy to find. I can't recall precisely what the taxi cost but it might have been around twenty or thirty dollars, or thereabouts- not soles, but dollars. Again, not cheap. It is a long drive from the airport. Be sure you SMELL the room before you take it, some of them can be very musty, and some can be a long way from the shared toilet if you aren't getting ensuite. They can also be very small with virtually now here to put your gear. Be sure to look before you rent. It's a long walk upstairs to the hotel. so be prepared for a bit of a hike. The good news is that they are very centrally located, and that makes them super convenient.
