Spent one night here on two occasions and both were outstanding. The service and the rooms were both excellent. We especially received outstanding service on both of our visits from Juan Carlos an outstanding individual who couldn't do enough to make you comfortable.

I think without doubt the nicest hotel I have stayed at. Intimate, comfortable and most opposite to the mundane Hi Rise Hiltons. The restoration work done here is outstanding with seemingly no expense spared. The rooms are clean, quiet. The staff are friendly and welcoming. For me, being sent away on short notice for work just on Xmas was not... More

Casa Andina hotels may be part of a hotel chain but each property is different and this one is no exception. Enter through huge timber doors from the street into a wonderful lobby space that has been beautifully restored. Lots of brickwork, cane furniture and plants give it a unique look. Breakfast is served each morning in the courtyard off... More

This is the second Casa Andina Private Collection hotel we stayed in, first one being on Lake Titicaca in Puno, Peru. This one had a distinct flavor. The hotel was built out of the white stone typical of the historical center of the city of Arequipa. CLEAN!!!! The service personnel answered our every need, friendly and helpful. The inner open-air... More

Very impressed by the Spanish colonial archtecture mixed with modern technology and innovation. The interiors are very impressive, we had a comfortable nights stay, good breakfast. I would recommend this hotel to anyone interested in architecture or design to get some inspiration.

We stayed for two nights in one of the more modern rooms of this thoughtfully restored colonial building. The room was comfortable and very clean at the very end of a ground level corridor. Other comments on trip advisor suggest some grander accommodation is available in other parts of the complex. We dined on the first night in the handsomely... More

This beautiful small hotel - 41 immaculately appointed rooms - makes the visit to Arequipa perfect. It is an 18 century mansion turned into a splendid hotel. The location is perfect. I loved having dinner in the great dining room with many beautiful artifacts and excellent food and wine. The roof garden offered a spectacular view of the city and... More

We stayed 4 nights in this hotel, and loved the wonderful restoration that re-purposed the former mint into a very elegant, spacious and atmospheric hotel. The 2 courtyards are inviting and create a nice ambiance for relaxing, and are set up with heaters if it is cold. The breakfast is pretty standard for this level of hotel - nice selection... More

This hotel has a wonderful entrance, you walk through a large wooden door straight off the street into a haven. There is a covered courtyard with places to sit and relax, this leads into an open courtyard where breakfast is served. There are heaters to warm you if there is a morning chill, as well as the usual breakfast fare... More

We stayed 3 nights in this beautifully restored building. We reserved a junior suite in the old restored part of the buildings. The room was nice, well decorated and comfortable. We had no complaints about the service and the friendliness of the staff. The hotel is at a great location and in walking distance of all the key sites to... More
