We stayed here for 3 nights as part of a tour. The hotel has an eclectic mix of dated decor and the rooms are very basic. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of food but was very busy, with only one staff member cooking and restocking the buffet. Wifi was patchy at best in the rooms.

It's a good hotel in comparing with other hotels in Peru. Pros: - Polite personnel; - Good breakfast (many fruits and delicious banana donuts); - Not so far from Plaza de Arms Cons: - Wifi sometimes doesn't work. - The room on the first floor is awful.

We used the hotel as part of our intrepid inca trail tour. Location was really good, quite central, close to Jacks cafe, 10 mins from main square etc and meetings are held at the hotel. Hotel is like someone's Peruvian house, barely any staff, come and go as you please, someone at the desk if you need. Room was comfy...

This hotel is used by Intrepid Travel as a meeting point for their hiking trips. It is bare bones and in need of updating. We stayed one night before our hike and one night after. Intrepid could do better given the cost of their trip. Towels had holes and bedding was thread bare. Showers were hot and much appreciated at the...

So noisy! Barking dogs, cars, horns and people clumping up and down the stairs. We could hear someone throwing up in one of the rooms all night, thin walls. Breakfast was nice. Nice hot eggs cooked for you. Some fresh fruit too. Bad shower heads in both rooms we stayed in. Rooms are outdated. Location is easy enough. A short...

Nice hotel; we stayed before/after our trek. Breakfast served from 5:30am so ideal for early starts! Bit noisy due to the central atrium which causes noise to echo around but otherwise a good base for visiting Cusco. Nearby Green Point veg restaurant is also worth a visit, even if you're not a veggie!

We stayed here before and after our trek. The first room was on the third floor and was fairly basic but did the job for a couple of nights. When we came back from the trek we were in room 404 which was a lot better. Bed was more comfortable, the shower was better and the general finish of the...

This hotel is clean and secure. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic. I am celiac and filled up on beautiful fruits and great coffee! My brother loved the banana pancakes! The rooms were large and warm however as we were road side we got little sleep. It was extremely loud. The wifi only worked in public areas which was well publicised...

The showers were ordinary - never quite sure if you were going to have a hot or cold shower. The room was just comfortable enough to sleep in but nothing better. Reasonably close to the main square and servicable but if you can find another option, may be worth considering. The big plus that got this a pass mark was...

Honestly only worth staying if you're desperate for a clean bed for the night. The showers are horrible and fluctuate constantly between ice cold and scorchibg hot. The wiring in the rooms is a death trap with multiple burnt out outlets and exposed wires. The wifi is a complete joke and worked for about 5 minutes over the space of...
