My wife and two kids stayed there a few nights in a single room with four beds (one a queen). The staff, as in most places, was very nice and attentive, as one night they went out to get us a pack of playing cards when they didn't have any on site. The breakfast was pretty good but the hotel...

My partner and I stayed at Imperial, requesting this over the standard Prisma hotel (which came with our G Adventures booking). We were given a triple room on the main road side. Tip- don't leave your window open, your room will be full of fumes by the end of the day. The first night we had cold showers and got...

We stayed as part of a tour group. The poor guy at the front desk looked deflated with 3 rooms to check in. However, he worked pretty efficiently. Our room slept three and actually had three bath towels waiting. The WiFi was fairly strong in the rooms, but not as fast as could be wished. The rooms were very clean...

I really liked the hotel as I felt very confortable there. I had a clean bedroom and bathroom every morning, clean towels, everything nice and clean which it is very important for me. Also, everything worked well in my room. You can get a nice breakfast until 10:00 am and different types of fresh home made juice as well as...

This is an old hotel. It was clean and comfortable, and the restaurant offers the same breakfast buffet of cheese, bread and fruit that we'd come to expect two weeks into our trip. Some of our group ate soup at restaurant one night and said it was good. We ate most meals on the Plaza since we were there in...

We moved to this hotel from the Pardo Hotel on Avenida Regionale, which was a dump. The Imperial is very clean, had comfortable beds and serves a good breakfast. It is a quiet hotel, just a little way off the main thoroughfare, Avenida del Sol, and a short walk to the Temple of the Sun.

The rooms are a nice size and very clean. However, the lighting in the room was dim or very bright - no in between. The hotel staff was nice and friendly. Nice big bathroom with a hairdryer! The breakfast buffet was very good with several choices.

Stayed at this hotel for two spells of two nights during a tour of Peru. The hotel is situated slightly out of the centre of Cusco but it is only 15 minutes walk to the Plaza de Armas (central square). The rooms were spacious and clean with plenty of space for storage. Our room had a bath and shower with...

This is a new hotel that is about a 10-15 walk from the Plaza on a very busy street (thus, avoid any room that overlooks the road). They have heaters (needed May-Oct) and small flat screen in every room. As stated, the Hotel is one year old and the beds are comfortable. The sheets are changed daily. Their showers have...
