We stayed here as part of our Intrepid tour. It was a pleasant and clean hotel, the breakfast area on the 7th floor has an amazing view. We loved how they put little sheep hot water bottles in your bed in the evenings, and it was handy that they provided complementary teas including Coca tea in the reception area to... More

Stayed here for a few nights recently. Good hotel, has decent amenities unlike most simply hotels. Many routers so wifi was strong. 10 minute walk into the main square, location could be a bit better but I'm just being picky. Overall decent place, clean which is important

We stayed at this hotel twice during our Intrepid Sacred Land of the Incas tour one night before and after. The hotel is well located about a 10 minute walk from Cusco's main square. Higher rooms and the restaurant have amazing views over Cusco. The two rooms we stayed in (205 and 207) were large and bright although those on... More

We stayed twice at this hotel around our trek on the Camino Inka. Our first stay was awesome as we were upgraded to a room on a higher floor which had amazing views. Our second stay the room was on a lower floor which had no elevator access so we had to climb 2 flights of stairs (after the trek... More

We spent 2 nights here. One prior to doing the trek to Machu pichu and one night afterwards. First night we had twin beds- the room was freezing cold and no wonder hot water bottles are delivered which where very welcomed The second night we had a double room... far better and more modern than the drab twin room The... Stayed for two nights before visiing Machu Pichu and one night after. Room on fifth floor was far better than the room on the ground floor on our return - bigger and with a window which opened to the outside, unlike the first floor which opened to an internal corridor. Breakfast was decidedly average and the tips box came out... More

This is not an airy, open hotel with lots of green spaces and outdoor seating. Construction is underway and it's now a glass and concrete monster with construction filth everywhere. Wifi doesn't work. Safe in room didn't work. Very, very noisy. We went elsewhere. I suggest you do too.

Room had Leaking toilets and taps; No hot water; TVs did not work. Light fitting, toilet roll holders, towel rails had not been fitted. When requested we were moved to different rooms. The fact that the hotel put us in these rooms show a total disregard for customer service and more concern for income. I do not recommend.

I was travelling with other 9 people, we were supposed to go to another hotel but they sent us at the Koyllur Inn (they said us at 11:30am that our rooms were ready at this hotel). We had to wait until 1pm before the rooms were actually ready (the Koyllur Inn check-in is officially scheduled at 10am). The majority of... More
