Wonderful hotel with a great and extremely helpful staff. I stayed at a number of hotels during the trip to Peru, and this was, by far, the best. The room was lovely, and the staff could not have been more helpful or accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff is friendly the place is clean, I would call this place adequate but would never recommend it and we would have preferred a nicer hotel. You have no control over the temperature in your room, they decide if you need heat and if it's warm there is nothing you can do. Breakfast is very simple but they will...

Stayed in this hotel for a total of 5 nights [3 nights then 1 night away [Machu Picchu] then back for a further 2 nights]. This was by far the best hotel [at this price range] that we stayed in in our 2 weeks in Peru. Attentive, very pleasant front desk staff and porters, who are very helpful. Our room...

This is a very nice hotel, right in the centre of Cusco, round the corner from the main square. I feared it would be noisy, but the first floor rooms faced inwards, so no outside window, but they faced onto a spacious hall, where there was a water cooler and an endless supply of coca tea, sofas, a little library....

We enjoyed staying at this hotel - we spent 3 nights there. It was, however, hard going climbing the stairs every time we went to our room on the 3rd floor, due to the altitude. A friend found her room noisy as it was too close to the street. She was then moved to a room that had a window...

The hotel is very accommodating to your needs. Some staff don't speak English which for us was a challenge but there was always someone there who could speak English! Clean rooms, great service - we checked in on two separate occasions in the space of a week and they remembered us, leaving a 'welcome back' sign and two chocolates on...

We stayed at this hotel on 2 separate occasions during our South America trip. Very nice hotel. Rooms were a decent size, bathroom nice and comfortable beds. Food was very good, we ended up eating at the hotel quite a lot as the food was a lot better than other places we had been. Hotel centrally located. Shops, restaurants and...

We had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for four nights and we couldn't have been happier with the location, our room, the complimentary breakfast, and the service. The room was kept immaculately clean and all the linens were crisp and clean. The mattresses were comfortable and there were extra blankets provided. Breakfast was wonderful and with plenty of...

We stayed three nights in this hotel and it was quite nice. Wifi was good, breakfast was decent, but occasionally the rooms were a little noisy and too warm. The Maytaq doesn't have air conditioning, although perhaps a/c is rare in Cusco anyway. There's a restaurant with a bar connected to the lobby. No elevator to upper floors. Excellent service...

We stayed here one night during our tour of Cusco & Machu Pichu - unfortunately for us, our agency made a mistake and could book all our nights in this hotel and we had to move and spend 2 nights at another hotel (for which I also shared a review and it wasn't very good) Upon arrival, we were checked...
