Great hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast and wonderful view from this converted private home into Tierra Viva Cusco Plaza. Good WiFi. Hotel arranged half day tour of Inca sites outsideCusco which was wonderful and very reasonable. Highly recommend!

The location of the hotel was good just next to the Plaza de Armas. Lots of restaurants and small shops in the neighbourhood. The only downside was that there were clubs nearby and that they were noisy until the early hours of the morning. We stayed in three other Tierra Viva hotels on our trip and this was our least...

Set between two discos that pumped deep bass doof doof until three AM, the hotel has put double glazing on the windows to try and stop the noise. But even earplugs and double glazing didn't help - the bass just goes right through everything. We asked to change rooms after a sleepless night and they initially charged us full rack...

Stayed in room 201 and 106 which is right next to the breakfast courtyard. Both rooms were nicely appointed. I've read the complaints about the nose from the club/bar next door but I personally didn't have a problem with it. It was definitely noisy at night, especially from the lobby area, but I guess the rooms we stayed in were...

We were in town to do a three day Inca Trail hike. We booked this hotel for the night before the hike and had booked a second hotel for the night after. The hotel stored our large suitcases while we were on the Inca Trail. Getting our belongings back was very easy and the staff helped us get a taxi...

My cousin and I spent 3 nights (2 before heading to Machu Picchu on the Inca tour and 1 day after) and everything was fantastic. The recepcionist was very nice and offered to help us filling out the necessary check-in forms. The entire hotel is very clean and simple with Peruvian decorations. The breakfast has several options for all types...

We loved this very attractive and comfortable hotel just off the Plaza de Armas in Cusco. The central indoor courtyard is especially pleasant and a lovely place to have breakfast and meet other travellers. The staff are friendly and very helpful. This hotel was a great place to chill out and recover after an exhilerating Machu picchu trek.

Room 501 was absolutely MASSIVE and nicely furnished with a Jacuzzi bath, TV (including some English-speaking channels!) and great views over the rooftops of Cusco! Breakfast was pretty good with lots of choice, although the 3 hot foods they had each day rotated, so was therefore a bit hit and miss. A few minor points for improvement: the blinds could...

We spent 2 days (1 day prior to heading to Macchu Picchu and one day after) Pros: - Location can't be beat...Everything is closeby - Since we booked at their sister properties, they already had our checkin information stored. It was a breeze - Rooms are HUGE / clean (its an old hacienda converted into a hotel) - Breakfast is...

We stayed at the Tierra Viva Plaza hotel in Cusco and had the best experience. The staff was kind and generous the entire stay.
