I was staying in another hotel and kept passing this hotel on my way. I was so impressed that I canceled my reservation for another hotel to stay here. The breakfast was appetizing and they started breakfast at 0500. The room was very comfortable, but the location of my room was on the first floor so I could hear all...

Sometimes Novotels are fancy and sometimes they're kind of...blah. This one is beautiful. It incorporates a gorgeous colonial mansion and a newer building that sticks with the original style. The hotel is in a great location right near all the major sites to see in Cusco. Most importantly, it's just a great location for walking around and exploring all the...

Stayed here for 2 nights while traveling with Trafalgar tours The hotel is a renovated old Hacienda with a classic inner courtyard which is converted to an atrium covered with glass. Rooms are good and the bathroom fittings are modern We were a party of 3 so we got a big room with a loft with with 2 full size...

Hotel is very well located a couple of blocks from main square. Staff is very helpful and friendly (they help us to arrange some tours, taxi, etc). There is tea available 24 hours/day and breakfast is also good. Rooms are wide and really comfortable.

This Novotel has two blocks, one colonial and one contemporary, both providing many of the basic amenities usually offered at Novotels. I stayed in both blocks, in one of the rare rooms offering a view of the surrounding hills in the modern block, and in one of the colonial rooms, with no windows to the outside, but offering an agreeably...

Lovely old exterior to this hotel situated on a quiet street. You imagine the room you will have based on the lobby and how lovely the old style of the hotel is as you wait to check in. You will be somewhat disappointed if you check in to a Matrimonial Contemporary Room. Whilst you will appreciate an extension will not...

Smiling, friendly and so helpful... Extensive breakfast buffet was included. I stayed in the historical part of the building hardwood floors, vaulted ceiling and balcony opening out to the street. Charming atrium foyer, stone balcony and staircase to second floor for main building. FANTASTIC location you are walking distance to great shopping, dinning and the main square Had dinner there...

Holiday transit destination to / from Macchu Picchu. The property was very well maintained and was an up-date of an old property of one of the senior Conquistadores. The courtyard where we could eat was pleasantly peaceful. The colonial rooms were very spacious.

Grate place to stay in Cusco. The staff is very good. Breakfast is also very good. We had difficulties with the Andea Explorer train cancellation. The manager at Cusco Novetel helped us maintain the 3 rooms we had booked for the extra days. Thank you to all of the staff for a great stay.
