We spent two nights at the Novotel in Cusco. The location was great, within walking distance to many areas of town including the plaza, shopping, museums and Starbucks. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We stayed in the original old section which was great. The buffet breakfast was very good. The manager was very helpful and the customer service of...

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW

This is a well appointed Novotel with an old and new area. Although rated a four star hotel, the room we chose left nothing to be desired. We stayed in the older part, which is part of the courtyard. The room was huge, beautifully done with a very comfortable bed. Staff friendly and helpful, especially Mohamed at reception and the...

Stayed 3 nights in Novotel Cusco for a very good price. This hotel has all the check boxes checkedl: lovely bulding, good service, very good location (very close to the main square but not so much for all the people passign by the hotel's door). The breakfast could be better, but is quite reasonable, with srambled eggs, cheeses, hams, local...

A generous 4 star for the location and the courtyard, both of which are excellent. The room was large and functional. But the bathroom needed investment. There was no place to put your toiletries and the flush had irritating habit of not shutting off. Impossible to regulate shower water temperature without getting wet. Breakfast was Novotel minimal. They charge extra...

Smelly toilets, cold room, zero atmosphere and bad wi-fi. This is not the place to help you enjoy the historic and friendly city of Cusco. There are plenty of better options in the city. Don't make the same mistake we did.

We stayed here on our third part of our honeymoon and loved the hotel. It's location is perfect and very central! The service was great! We only had one issues with it. We had reserved a suite on the colonial side, and thought it come with a sofa and larger room, and when we went to it, it actually was...

Well located 5 minutes walk from the main square. Historical building well renovated. Nice lounge area. Fair self service American breakfast with local specialties. Rooms on the first floor around the large patio lounge are really nice, especially the corner ones. Spacious and with all modern amenities in ancient setting. Good wifi.

We found in general that the people in Cuzco were very accommodating and eager to please the tourists that bring in a lot of revenue to their area. The room was nice, with lots of hot water. The breakfast buffet had lots of choice and was cooked and presented well. They have a computer in the lobby area that can...

First unlike many hotels un Cusco, the Novotel has central heating and air con. Definitely a plus. The courtyard has a glass ceiling this this hotel has much warmer public areas than others we've been to. Lovely room albeit a tad small when you travel with one large bag and a carry on each. Lots of power outlets where both...

This was a very nice hotel that was reconstructed from an old colonial house. The design inside it where the restaurant is was really a cool thing to look at. The hotel though is in a neighborhood that is run down and the street and the sidewalks are too small to walk and/or drive vehicles. However, the hotel is within...
