The hotel is very nice; The staff especially was excellent, we had a problem with our suitcases because of another hotel and when we arrived late and tired they had not sent them. We went to reception to ask if they knew anything and although it was not their problem Tania the shift clerk helped a lot until we got...

Great hotel with a very relaxing ambiance about it. Central location close to markets, restaurants, bars, nightlife. Service is very good, rooms a comfortable and food is nice. Parts of the hotel are 450 years old but somehow it has been set up with new world technology that is not visually intrusive. Recommend this hotel for sure.

We stayed here for one night as part of a luxury trip to Machu Picchu It was a nice surprise at the end of a tiring day of sightseeing and traveling The room was amazing. The bed took up most of the space in the room, but it was worth it! Comfortable and luxurious. Every convenience in the bathroom, too...

Step into refined elegance of colonial Spain, built on the foundation of a prior Inka structure. "Service" is the first impression, the Staff is anxious to meet any request. The structure is a very old building, but extensive renovations have kept the building and guest rooms "current". The location is excellent for a few days in Cusco!

By far the most luxurious hotel of our South American travels. South America can leave an American longing for the comforts of home but not at Palacio del Inka. You're pampered with fresh daily chocolates in your room, fine and friendly staff, exquisite Peruvian dining, and a perfect location.

In a recent trip to Cuzco I stayed here with family and friends. It's a great hotel, with a superb deco and ambience, very cozy and comfortable which will help anyone with altitude sickness fell a little better... The location is quite nice as you can reach the central square in calm 5 minutes walk.

This hotel was beautiful. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. They had sausages, bacon, eggs, potatoes, quinoa pancakes, freshly squeezed juices, a gluten free spread and more! I would stay here again and again.

Roger, our concierge was awesome. We had some snags in our day trips, and he handled them expertly. Roger called on our behalf and knew the local companies. Very friendly people, working hard to please. Highly recommend this hotel and restaurant.
