The Palacio del Inka was wonderful and beautiful. It had such a traditional feel to it, and although it was high-in we felt so comfortable and warmly welcomed even though our clothing was made up of mostly hiking gear. The hotel and the grounds are lovely. The entire staff was very attentive and polite. As soon as we checked in...

The hotel is located just across the street from the Convento de Santo Domingo, one of the must places to visit in Cusco. It is also about 400 meter from the Main plaza and the Cathedral. The service is impecable, from the check in, bell boys, Coca leaves tea upon arrival, to bottled oxygen in your room in case you...

Stayed there a few different times throughout the 13 days I was in Peru and each time they were more accommodating then the next. Very nice hotel, great location and the food was great too! Loved the Meat cellar!

This hotel was really beautiful and it had a traditional luxury theme. I felt like there were many ways throughout the hotel and had a very olden ages theme to it do with marble, stone, gold colour and grand curtains. I only stayed here for one night it was nice and comfortable. The room was very cozy and comfortable. It...

The Palacio del Inka is a great hotel which used to be an Inca palace. The staff is tremendous and makes you feel like a true VIP. In the heart of Cusco, you are only a few minutes walk to so many places.

Tonight we had a wonderful dinner at the Inti Ray Mi Restaurant inside the Palacio del Inka. The food was very good. Our waiter, Felipe, was very attentive and friendly. I wish my Spanish were better so that I could better convey my thanks for a memorable evening.

My family stayed at this hotel in April 2017. When we arrived, we were off to a "bad" start because the Airline lost our luggage! From the minute we arrived the concierge (Alan) was friendly, helpful and worked to make things better. We were able to check in to our room right away, he spoke to the airline to try...

This is a superior hotel, with large rooms, and colorful, fancy cieling work and other architectural adornments. It was a palace long ago. The check in process went smooth. We were with a group, so we sat in the lobby area sipping coca tea while other members of our group checked in. Service was very professional. I am allergic to...

We stayed here twice, once before our Inca trail trek and once after. Both stays were great. Our first stay was a late arrival (very late) and they had everything ready for us, check-in was very smooth and our room was immaculate.
