My husband and I stayed at Palacio del Inka prior to traveling to Machu Picchu and then again on our return to Cusco. We completely pampered, start to finish, with fantastic service. The thermal circuit at the spa was wonderful after 2 long days of travel and the restaurant was an unexpected surprise. We can't recommend this hotel enough.

This is a beautiful hotel in Cusco close enough to one of the cities historic church squares to make walking anywhere easy. We were with a Gate One Disocery tour and had a beautiful room on the fourth floor. Staff is very friendly - isn't everyone in Peru? Breakfast was wonderful. We had pizza in the dining room late one...

We stayed here after returning from Machu Picchu for our last 2 nights in Peru. We were upgraded to a very large and nice suite with a separate sitting area with a view of the hotel's beautiful central courtyard. The furnishings and decor are more on the traditional side but luxurious. Everything was perfect - ideal location, friendly staff and...

Palacio del Inka takes one's breathe away, yes because it's 3,300m/10,800f in the sky (higher than Machu Picchu and Ollantaytambo) and yes, because it's a elegant & stylish palace - large lobby, well decorated and welcoming. The paintings, from Cuzco School, are noticed behind the check-in desk and seen throughout the hotel. Upon arrival, there is hot mate de coca...

Cusco is not really great town despite picturesque location and numerous historical monuments. Most of them are very close to the Hotel which is also located in old settlement. Perfect service, top quality arrangement of the rooms. Perhaps little noisy small streets bearby may be a nuisance

This is a beautiful, historic hotel in the old part of Cusco. The lobby is very impressive, with art on the walls, ornate furniture, and the atmosphere of a museum. The staff are very attentive and helpful. The rooms are similarly decorated, with definitely more flair than your usual hotel. However, as some others have commented, the historic nature of...
