Spent a month here on business some time ago and then came back for a two night stay earlier this year. The staff was nice, as they always were, but the place has not been well maintained. However, it's right off the Plaza de Armas and walking distance to just about anything you want to see in Cusco. It's still...

My husband and I were married February 20, 2016, in Victoria, BC Canada. After traveling for 27 hours, we arrived exhausted yet were welcomed by the staff complete with coca tea, and shown directly to our room. Lizbeth and other staff assisted us with directions, telephone calls, taxis, and changing our return flight time. They were very accommodating with meals,...

We stayed in Room 402 and it was a wonderful stay. Complimentary breakfast was an add on. The fresh fruits and bread selection was awesome. Lizabeth, the manager and front desk person was very helpful and professional. She assisted us with tickets, taxi, and locations of various ruins and restaurants. She is a wonderful person. Thank you so much Lizabeth,...

We had a jacuzzi suite which was great since we always need the extra room when we are in Cusco on business. The service was excellent and very friendly. It is hard to beat the location especially for the price. It has been 2 years since we were there, but had no problem with noise. We intend on going back...

Literally it's right next to Plaza de Armas and close to many attractions. During night time they give ear plugs because there is a Disco Club next door and you can hear everything. Breakfast was good, it includes eggs, ham, bread and 3 different juices and coffee. Make sure before you leave to get a cup of Coca tea located...

This hotel is at a very good location, just a few meters away from the Plaza de Armas where you can walk all amazing historical downtown. But it's hard to say that it is very clean. Moreover, the breakfast is weak and unfortunately if you are sensitive to noise, there is a club next to it where music never ends.

The only nice thing I would say about this hotel is it's next to the main square and has free breakfast (but the breakfast isn't that good). Main reason why you should NOT book your stay here? It is right beside a dance club and you can hear the bass ALL NIGHT (no joke) long...I'm not kidding when I say...

I'm writing this review at 1:00 am in this hotel. The Hotel is next to a dance club that starts up at 11:00 pm and goes until 5:00 am every night of the week. After the first night we asked to be moved to a quieter room. The Hotel moved my brother to fourth floor and then moved me into...

Dear Guest. We just read your comment about our hotel and we wanted to take few minutes from your time to explain you that there are many bars & Discos around the Plaza de Armas of Cusco, actually this is a problem between our mayor in Cusco and the owners of these places, since according to the Peruvian Law it...

We stayed here from Nov. 15-23 and wouldn't want to have stayed anywhere else. Before we left we were in contact with the Inn on a couple of occasions and were treated like royalty. The service didn't stop when we arrived. The only disappointment was that we were told the hotel would arrange our pickup at the airport and unfortunately...

Del Prado Inn is located half a block away from the main plaza, very convenient. The staff is very warm and welcoming, the room I stayed in was small but perfect as it was on the top floor and overlooked the main square. It has an elevator, which is a plus if you do not feel like walking up the...
