I chose this hotel after reading these reviews, and we were not disappointed. The hotel is very charming and beautiful, the rooms are comfortable and clean, the service was excellent, the location is perfect and overall I thought it was a great value. The breakfast was simple but delicious - very similar to every other breakfast we had while in...

We booked at Rumi Punku based on reviews on TripAdvisor, and were anticipating a good experience. What we found exceeded even those expectations. At This hotel, you will get the kind of support and assistance that you would normally find in a 5-star in a world capital. All of this on a 2-3 star budget. The staff are extremely solicitous...

We stayed here in October 2011 for three nights total. The location is excellent, uphill from the Plaza de Armas, which is much quieter and with fresher air than staying down on Saphi, for instance. Then you are halfway up to San Blas and have a head start on the walk up to Saqsaywaman. The rooms are arranged around courtyards...

We stayed several nights here, but my son left a wallet containing $300 US cash plus credit cards. The staff saved it for us. I gave a $30 tip to the housekeeper.

I have stayed at this hotel a total of four times. The first time, we'd hired a guide to show us all the sights and sounds in Cusco, Sacred Valley and Machu Pichu---so not necessary. This hotel will arrange for someone to meet you at the airport--deliver you to the hotel, need help getting to Sacred Valley--just ask--how to get...

This is the second time I stayed at Hotel Rumi Punku. The first time was was in 2007 when it was 'Hostel Rumi Punku". They have supposedly done some renovating of the rooms and now call it a hotel instead of a hostel. My husband and I had a 'superior' room. The price was significantly higher (about 50% more) than...

We stayed at the Rumi Punku hotel in Cusco. It was beautiful, clean, great staff and terrific location. They also hooked us up with Efrain to set up trips to the Sacred Valley for reasonable rates. Our guide was Oscar. He went way out of his way to make the day trips fun and interesting. Really, everybody was fantastic and...

I stayed in 5 hotels during my 11 days in Peru and Bolivia, and Rumi Punku was by far the best. Great rooms, great atmosphere, good breakfasts, good location, and, here's where you separate the men from the boys in South America- great service and caring employees. Met at the airport by Efrain and my favorite driver- Raul (ask for...

My wife and I stayed here for 3-nights and found this to be an excellent property. We had a superior room on the third floor (Room 307) which was large with big bright windows overlooking a nice courtyard, a king bed and refrigerator. Breakfasts are modest but OK. Tours are reasonably priced. Good location. Great place.

Great hotel that we enjoyed a lot. The staff is UBER helpful and the breakfast is delicious. Comfy beds and very clean. Location is also perfect. It is a few blocks from Plaza San Blas and the central plaza. This place is also a great value. My boyfriend and I were going to stay here for only a few nights,...
