I booked this hotel after a recommendation from my father whom had gone to Cusco just 2 months before. It's not a cheap hotel and we were surprised with our initial room that didn't have any windows and it wasn't really good. After my boyfriend talked to the receptionist, we changed rooms to a better one and it was much...

We went there for a few drink last week as we wanted to get a nice elevated view of the Plaza de Armas. The service was a little slow and took almost 20 minutes to get served two Pisco Sours but the view was awesome and the drinks tasted great.

The Good: - Location location location - The breakfast and breakfast room balcony - The balcony overlooking the square for drinks etc. - The rooftop open space - The staff The Bad - NOISE until dawn both Friday and Saturday nights!!!!!!!!! Seriously, if you cannot get a room on the courtyard you will not sleep. All this being said...I would...

Many tourist attractions are very close to the Hotel as churches, museums and archaeological sites and if your trip coincides with the traditional Cusco city festivities in July mostly, this is the best place for witness them. The facilities are great, the room is spotless but this hotel is mainly about its location, so lower your expectation to have a...

We stayed at the hotel for one night on the way to Machu Pichu and one night when coming back. Located right in the heart of the square, it is great for getting out and seeing things, not so great for sleeping. Check in was quick and we were shown to our room on the 3rd floor. We spent the...

This place was amazing and had so many little hustler kids and deessed local asking for money for photos. They run away as soon as a police officer sees them. Be careful of the fake impronted silver they sell at the markets. They may be stamped as genuine but they arent always. I recommend going on a tour to the...

No complaints. Clean rooms, great location, excellent breakfast. We only stayed for one night, but this hotel was much better than the one we stayed at before our trip to Sacred Valley, and the price was very similar.

Small rooms were quite clean and comfy. I had wifi in my room too, but slow as is typical. Room had a space heater which I used and appreciated. Bright and well lit too. The location can be a bit noisy, as the location is so central. My room looked down one of the side streets with a nice view....

Very central location right on the main square means it's easy to step out and find things. Also means quite a lot of traffic noise, motor bike exhaust noise and policeman's whistles. Quite small room of which c. 70% taken up by a 7 ft wide double in which one had to plan an expedition to find wife! Very comfortable...

We stayed here only one night and wished it could have been more. Wonderfully located just on a corner of the Plaza de Armas, spacious rooms, great spread of breakfast and welcoming staff. If we came to Cusco again, we would stay here without a doubt.
