He also has a lot of stories to tell hence you will not get bored and makes you feel you have known him for ages. As it...

Only because we met other backpackers who was gonna stay at Frankenstein, we found out about this unique gem of a Hostel. The Hostel itself is quite retro, filled with funny personality, a lot of warmth, a fireplace and mystique jungleplants everywhere. We agree with many of the other reviews and they've already said it. Ludwig is great. He has given us the best, detailed information in our 14 months travel. He is honest and funny and always wanting to make sure you have what you need. We started in the large downstairs room - Mary Shelly. Yes..it is dark and gloomy...

The hostel itself is a little bit quirky since it is decorated entirely in the Frankenstein theme but the price is very fair since it is located so close to the centre. Rooms...

Clean Rooms / bathrooms Very reasonable prices: same range as for a dormitory in the biggest hostels. Central location: you can easily discover Cusco by foot from there Extremely sympatic owner: taking the time to explain you everything you need to know about Cusco & surroundings - flexible (possibility to arrive & leave at anytime) - arrangeant (would give you...

Frankenstein has everything a great hotel should have: Handy central location, clean rooms and kitchen, breakfast, all-day coffee/tea, friendly atmosphere, hot showers, fireplace, fast wifi, etc. On top of all that, Frankenstein has Ludwig. He is the most helpful, informative, and friendly hostel owner I've met in ten countries. He provided the best and most concise information on Machu Picchu...
