Very pleased with our stay here. The staff here are incredibly accommodating and nice. Breakfast in the morning and tea all day are a nice touch. Comfortable beds and clean rooms compliment the good pressure hot showers. Quite streets and no traffic made for great sleeps.

Spend 5 nights here and it was great from begining to the end. Staff was flexible to change our rooms for bigger on request, stored our bags while we left for the trip to Machu Picchu in the middle of our stay. Great location in the "art and hipster" district san blaas. Windows mostly to the street, BUT the one...

We stayed for 5 nights in total and have been at Auguas Clientes/Machu Picchu in between. They stored our big backpacks and the bag have been in the room when we came back. Its all clean and staff is helpful. It can be a bit loud in the rooms to the street (we stayed in 205). Breakfast is included (6-10)...

Such a great place in a beautiful city, and for a very reasonable price. I stayed here for 4 nights and couldn't have asked for a better hostal. The breakfast was perfect, the rooms were clean, the beds were comfy, and -- best of all -- the staff were wonderfully hospitable and a pleasure to talk to. They always asked...

My boyfriend and I stayed at El Grial before and after our Inca Trail trek and felt completely at home. The shower is amazing, beds are clean and the staff is extremely helpful. During our first stay the wifi wasn't working in our room and when we returned from Machu Picchu they had gotten a brand new router to remedy...

Adorable structure, lots of light, in San Blas bohemian neighborhood, 2 blocks from San Blas plaza, only a 10 min walk to Plaza de Arms. Front room can be noisy so bring ear plugs. Delightful staff, reasonably priced, very secure.

I stayed for 3 nights, and this was a very good choice to spend some days in Cusco area. The staff is really nice and helpful, the room was confortable and clean, and the breakfast was good. The location is great, you´re near the center but not too much. A very good choice!

I stayed for 2 weeks in a private single room at Hostel El Grial and had a fantastic stay. Would highly recommend this for anyone wanting a little break from dorms/ wanting a comfortable stay for a longer stretch of time in Cusco. The pros: • The room is clean and very comfortable (I had a double bed to myself)...

The airport pick up we booked in advance was right on time. Nice way to start in Cusco. The hotel is lovely, nice decor inside. The lady at the desk is friendly and her English is good. Room was good and clean. We left some luggage there for 8 days when we went on a Manu trip. It was locked...

I stayed here 2 nights and enjoyed it. The staff are really lovely, breakfast is decent and it's in a great location. It was also the best shower I've had in 3 months of travel in South America. I was in one of the downstairs rooms and as others have mentioned there can be some noise from upstairs guests, but...
