Pros: Very helpful staff, nothing was too much effort for them and they put up with our terrible Spanish and helped us learn! Really nice quiet location, very comfy beds clean room, and good breakfast (egg, smoothie, bread, jam, tea). Cons: Not a lively place, but if you want relaxation it is. Also, it's a 10 min walk up hill...

Fine hostel. Bathroom is clean, rooms are ok. Please ask for the bedroom at the street, the other rooms have no windows. Breakfast is small but fine. The hostel has no nice backpackers atmosphete and no kitchen for guests.

We booked a triple and a double for our family group. What people are saying about Maria is true; while running a business she is genuinely friendly and interested in your time in Cusco and the surrounding area and is a source of helpful advice and assistance. The beds were comfortable, the breakfast nutritious, the showers properly hot, and the...

Maria and her family and very hospitable, friendly, and genuinely interested in us. They provide a small continental breakfast, included in the price of a room. 40 Soles for a shared bathroom single, and 100 soles for a matrimonial double with private bath. It's quite, removed from the town, but on a one way street which sometimes has some traffic...

The friendliness of the people who run the hostel is amazing. Always smiling and warm, they make a big fire with eucalyptus branches in the atrium on a cold night. We stayed for 6 nights and had a great time. Breakfast included - not fancy but very useful. The blankets are amazing and needed (cold rooms), the wifi is not...

Maria, the owner of the hostel, is such a wonderful person, definitely the nicest Peruvian we met in a month (and unfortunately possibly the only honest and caring person we met). The hostel beds are comfortable, the shower is warm and the breakfast is filling and delicious. In a city where it feels like every one is trying to screw...

Decent breakfast (including egg). Best bit of this place is the owner Maria. She is lovely. Only criticism is that its a little cold. Think...

Good value, but note this place is FREEZING cold.....always, there are ample blankets on the bed but the communal hallway is Baltic cold. Breakfast is basic but good (scrambled egg/bread/juice/tea/coffee). A little bit of a walk out of town (5-10minutes up the hill in a safe area). Can be very quiet and no atmosphere. Wi-Fi is very good
