My boyfriend and I stayed at El Labrador for 2 weeks whilst in Cusco. We originally had booked only for 2 nights however changed our mind due to the lovely owner, Estella, the friendly staff, warm and quiet rooms and nice breakfast. We stayed in two different rooms during our stay and both were clean, tidy and serviced daily. The...

We absolutely loved this hostel! It is small and very quiet, which we were more than happy with as for most of the time we were exhausted from all the tours and needed a good rest! The owner Estella and staff of El Labrador were what we loved most about this hostel. They were so welcoming and helpful and always...

We stayed here when we first arrived in Cusco, after our trek and then again after our jungle trip! (Probably about 4 nights in total) As others have said the owner is really helpful. After the Salkantay trek we slept in past 10am when breakfast ends and she came and cooked it for us anyway which was nice. She also...

The front street looks like an archeological dig site yet that didn't dampen the enthusiasm of our welcome. For a budget Hostal it is quirky in a really nice way and the rooms are super big and the beds very comfortable. Street access in the best of times is limited yet don't worry as it is only a couple of...

We really enjoyed our stay in El Labrador. The owner is really friendly and super helpful. We could let our baggage there for 3 days while travelling to Machu Pichu, no extra costs. The hostel itself is a bit old fashioned and needs a bit of maintenance, but they are trying the best and we felt really comfortable.

My sister and I are mid-20s, pretty low key travelers and stayed here before and after a trek on the Inca Trail. Pros: easy 5 minute walk to the Plaza, near the very cool San blas neighborhood, pretty views at breakfast, decent sized beds Cons: the first night, no hot water. Then the night we returned from our trek (3...

I stayed a week at El Labrador and had a blast. The Hostal is a few minutes walk from the Hisotric Center and tucked away nicely to avoid all the busy noise from the street. Estella the owner is amazing and very helpful in assisting with information about Cusco and Machu Picchu travel.

Stela is simply the best! She is at the front desk and always willing to help out with a smile! The place is quiet, clean and the staff is superb! It's only a few blocks of the plaza, there is a market near by so great location! Highly recommend it!

Tucked away, this hostel is comfortable & the staff are helpful. It is very quiet. The room was basic but clean & big enough for 2 of us. The private bathroom was basic & we had a problem with hot water one morning but it was sorted by the evening. The only problem with our room was that it led...

When we arrived at el Labrador they couldn't find our booking.com reservation, but this wasn't a problem, they sat us down and served us coca tea whilst they searched for the booking. Eventually it was found and we were moved into our room (early, before the usual check in time). The room was large and comfortable with a private bathroom...
