This hotel was fantastic, Staff very friendly, rooms immaculate and breakfast was lovely. Our first room was large with two double beds, and when we returned after the Inca Trail we were given a gorgeous top-floor penthouse room, which was gorgeous - big window overlooking Cusco. This hotel is up a hill, but as long as you don't have any... More

We traveled for 25 days in Peru staying in 12 hotels, so I understand the class of hotels and service. This hotel offers 5 star service, but he rooms are lacking. They are either tiny & cramped that (can't put luggage in and move around) or huge suites. The suites have stairs to a sleeping loft and the bathroom, sitting... More

Many thanks for yout review. In Fact, we are proud of our staff and the special care & commitment they put in the passengers. In regard to your observations… Yes our standard rooms are the normal size of any three star accomodation. But very cozy. Our suites were specially designed to get the best view of the city, that is... More

Brilliant hotel in the heart of cusco, just a 2 minute walk to the main square. Lovely rooms, hot shower and lovely little chocolates and hot water bottles on an evening. Breakfast is great and served until quite late which is nice when you have travelled for a while and need a bit of a lie in! Wifi was great... More

This hotel is a great alternative to big hotel chains. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was clean and charming. They also provided a space heater which was very helpful as Cuzco got chilly at night and we heard from other people that some people stayed at hotels without heaters. The breakfast was nice as well... More

This is a gem hidden away in Cuzco. It's cheap, clean, peaceful and in a great location - not sure what else you could want. We stayed here for a night and found it perfect as a base for our touring of the city. There's lots of restaurants and bars around and the staff are hugely helpful in making sure... More

We were fortunate to stay and Casa San Blas before and after our trek. the four of us had nice rooms with a view on the second floor. The hot water bottles and chocolates at night were nice. There was no thermostat nor heating that we could find, but never asked since the rooms were comfortable each of the three... More

We stayed in Casa San Blas before and after our trek to Machu Pichu recently. It was definitely 2 different experiences. On our first visit we stayed for 4 night and were given a tiny room with no outside window on the ground floor. The heating in the room the insufficient as it consisted of an electric radiator. On the... More

Bliss - at last, a warm hotel room! And hot water bottles arrived every night. Great location for sightseeing and restaurants. We had a marvellous view from our room, but I’m not sure they all do. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast. 24 hr complimentary tea and use of 2 internet connected PCs also a nice touch.

We were very pleased with our stay at Casa San Blas. The hotel is cheerful and very welcoming, with tea always available, a couple of public computers for guest use, a comfortable sitting area, and a nice breakfast buffet. The rooms are cute and very clean, with nice touches such as a bed warmer and chocolate at night. What really... More

After six day in cheap and not very nice hotels from Pisac to Ollantaytambo, I decided to upgrade for my last night in Cuzco. I couldn't have made a better choice. At last, constantly hot water with great pressure, heavenly pillows (8 of them!), a firm comfortable bed, and Anderson Cooper on the flatscreen TV. There's a friendly, welcoming staff... More

Casa San Blas is the first Boutique Hotel in Peru since 2003. Our cozy and intimate colonial house located in San Blas mingles the comfort and luxury with the customized service so you feel as home. Our philosophy in Casa San Blas, moreover, is that our guests have a real contact and experience with our traditions and knowledge.
