The hospitality and location of this hotel in the service has been outstanding I highly recommend anyone who is traveling to Peru. To explore this country the culture in the history goes without saying one of the best experience I ever had .

We stayed at this hotel for a night each before and after a trip to Macchu Picchu. Our first room was clean and comfortable - but the hotel is very noisy as the outside corridors reflect sound so that if people are talking, it sounds as though they are in your room. We asked for a quieter room for our...

Great location. Quiet room (my room was located in the back of the building). Friendly staff (especially the concierge). Nice place to sit outside (with heaters). Plenty of choice for breakfast. See my comment section for possible improvements.

Highly recommended. Beautiful building, excellent breakfast buffet, great service. Only annoying thing was the fireworks at night, which locals love to set off, but not the fault of the hotel. If in Cusco, would not hesitate to come again.

This hotel is in a good location and the building is an old colonial one. The ground floor rooms are cramped and very noisy. The first floor rooms are totally different, having generously proportions and being much quieter. Sadly, the hotel is badly let down by its dated and poorly equipped bathrooms. The baths, shower trays and basins are of...

One of the best hotels, we have stayed in as a family. Besides having a beautiful hotel with an amazing location, they have many awesome qualities. Like heaters, beautiful common rooms. But what makes it amazing is the staff, they are super polite, nice, helpful and kind. Especially Elizabeth, who works at the bar. She was an exceptional worker, besides...

The property is an historice colonial estate, with five beautiful courtyards. The staff was friendly and responsive. Artwork in the eating salons is phenominal. we had a small window in the bathroom which couldn't be closed, which made the room rather cool. The radiator didn't really work, but there wa a stand alone heater we were able to uses to...

This hotel is in a very well restored older building in a central Cusco location, three blocks from the main plaza. All of the staff are helpful and friendly. Gery, one of the bell hops, went out of his way to be helpful and of assistance with our luggage.
