We travel a lot, so we know that things may not always go smoothly, but we have never experienced such an UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE before. Never. So, if you book this hotel, fingers crossed that everything is fine, otherwise you may well be in trouble... This is what happened to us. On the first night (paid in advance) we found...

This hotel has beautiful grounds and comfortable beds/rooms. We unexpectedly had to book a few extra days here, and the staff was lovely. They helped us with booking taxis, changing rooms, etc. and everyone was very personable. It is easy to feel at home here. In general, this is a great value, and we were very happy and comfortable during...

This is a lovely hotel with friendly and obliging staff. This former monastery has been sympathetically converted, retaining many of the original features including quiet garden courtyards. Understandably there is no lift so if this could pose a problem request a room on the ground floor. I used this hotel has my base in Peru and, during December, 2016 and...

A hotel can't have problems with hot water, having a freezing shower at this cold city is being at hell, and this is not a cheap hotel. Also the room was badly aislated, cold air could pass down the door and had to use the extra stove to warm a little bit... Terrible experiencie in a "Deluxe room"...

This hotel is a few blocks from the main plaza, but an easy 10 minute walk. It is adjacent to the San Pedro Market which is fantastic. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Grounds are well kept and rooms are very clean. Great value for the money. Breakfast is fantastic. Very safe area. Hotel access monitored.

This is a lovely hotel, peaceful with very helpful and friendly staff.
