This hostel is average. The rooms are nice enough with relatively comfortable beds, although needs new pillows. The electric showers require minimal water pressure to get warm, so washing yourself can be a long and tedious process. The San Blass area also looses water from about 10pm at night which means no shower or toilets overnight (after returning from the...

I've travelled across South America for one month and this has been the worst hostel of my holidays. At the check in our room that was supposed to be ready by 10 am wasn't even started to be cleaned at 4pm. We've been promised by the lady that runs this place (don't believe to any of the word she tells)...

I've travelled through south America for more than one month and I haven't ever been in a such awful hostel. The prices are in the average of Cuzco but this hostel doesn't even worth an Euro. But let me tell you my experience. Our room was supposed to be ready for 10am but, at 5pm the cleaning guys were still...

We were very lucky to find a free room in the Mirador del Inka youth hostel because we arrived in Cusco at night with no booking and all hotels in this part of the city were fully booked. The owner was welcoming and nice but unfortunately we have been disappointed by the services : the bedroom's window was broken, the...

Lovely room with common patio. Friendly staff. Extremely overpriced tours sold at the hotel via Harrys tours. We booked a tour to maccu piccu and were placed in a very poor hotel with no room key and wet blankets. Furthermore we were charged almost triple the actual price for train tickets because he uses a middel man who stands at...

I stayed in Mirador del Inca for two weeks in November. Overall a great hostel. The location is unbeatable. Only minutes from San Blas but still located on a quiet street. The rooms are spacious and mine had the most amazing view of Cusco. Plus the beds and pillows are surprisingly comfortable when compared to other hostels of similar price....

One more time I am reassured that the ratings of places are not as useful as they are supposed to. We found this hostel by occasion, just browsing the hostels around San Blas neighborhood of Cusco. The owner, Maria, proposed good price (80 soles/28 USD) and showed the room. When I saw the view from the room I literally was...

Starting with the positive, the hostel is located in a very nice part of Cusco and does have brilliant views over the city. Unfortunately thats where the goodness ends. The rooms were not clean, Wi-Fi and TV unreliable, windows were not secure or well insulating. Breakfast was basic with very poor quality bread. Showers either did not work at all...

I spent 3 nights at this hostel, beds ok, comfortable and clean, but the rest quite dissapointing. The hostel is ran by a family that seems to be taking every opportunity to get you overcharged. They charge 10% for paying w/ credit card; you need to ask for breakfast cause there is no one ready to serve it: breakfast quite...

I stayed in El Mirador for 13 days. Deciding to stay for this period after seeing the amazing view from their top rooms, and the beautiful rooms for the price I was told. Already having brought all my bags (I am staying in Cusco for 7 months so quite a lot of luggage) all the way up to their highest...
