I can not recommend this place more highly! The rooms, bathrooms and common areas were clean, the staff was very helpful, the atmosphere was really fun (the roof top terrance is really wonderful), the location is perfect... If your travelling through Lima, this is definitely the place to stay

We enjoyed this hostel very much for our stay in Miraflores, Lima. We rented the private suit with a double bed/private bath on the upper floor. The water was hot and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast is - juice/tea and toast basically and that is the standard in Peru fyi. Bring ear plugs because the lounge is right by that...

This hostel was a great way to start our journey in Peru. It was a nice size, not too big, and had a great rooftop bar which was a great place to meet others. Well located and in a very safe neighborhood, so easy to walk to great restaurants nearby. I would be wary about using the transfer service, I...

I stayed at the Dragonfly Hostel for my first two nights in Lima on April 21-23. Upon arriving at the hostel, we were greeted by a girl working at the main desk. She was very friendly and professional. She showed us to our room and gave us a small tour of the hostel. The hostel has a small kitchen on...

Dragonfly has a small kitchen but the upstairs roof terrace makes up for the lack of space. The beds were big, bathrooms were clean and staff were helpful. Only downside is the lack of toilets! Overall, we would recommend staying here.

This was the first stop for myself and my partner on our travels to Peru. The staff were friendly and helpful and even arranged airport pick up for us when we arrived! The hostel is located beside the affluent district of Miraflores which is a really lovely place, nice restaurants, a shopping mall and beach walks. We had a private...

I can see this being a nice place when the weather is good. BUT if its cold and rainy like it was the day we stayed I would not recommend it!! There is no heat and the whole building is open air. Our room is so cold we have to sleep with our WINTER coats on and multiple layers. They...

What I liked most about this place was it's atmosphere-really friendly staff, cosy place & great rooftop terras! Breakfast basic but OK, few showers but I never really had to wait in line.... One of the nicest hostels I stayed at on this four month trip!

Staff was very friendly and welcoming- even when we showed up at 4am. They spoke great English and were able to communicate very well!. Facilities were clean. The only complaint is the private double upstairs was very very hot at night and they didn't have a fan or anything- but we survived :)

This hostel is just awesome. Very friendly and helpful staff, good beer and nice rooms. The rooftop is great and you are near the beach and near the city. If I come back to Lima or Cuzco, I will definitey stay in Dragonfly.
