We stayed here Thurs night ahead of our flight back to the US on Friday night (technically Saturday morning since it was at 2:45am). Upon arriving, and after 9 days of roughing it on the Inca Trail, busses, and hostels, the Hyatt Centric was the exact luxury we needed to feel sane again. Loved the wash clothes, soft beds, plush white bedding, carpeted floors, clean and modern room and bathrooms, and also the amazing service by the staff. They truly take pride in delivering quality service and being helpful that I have absolutely no complaints. Their English is great as well if you don’t speak much Spanish like me. In addition, the area is wonderful and feels safe.

This property exceeded my expectations! The service at Hyatt Centric was perfect and unforgettable. Our rooms were deftly serviced while we were out for a walk through the neighborhood, with a chocolate magically appearing on our pillows each evening. The food at breakfast and lunch at the on-site restaurant was fresh and plentiful, and was among our favorite foods in Lima.
The Assistant GM, Carolina, was an absolute treasure and made our experience an unforgettable one. She greeted us personally with fresh juice, arranged dinner reservations with her connections at restaurants, scheduled (and then rescheduled when our lunch reservation moved) COVID tests for travel back to the US, and arranged an evening checkout for some of us on a redeye flight. She seemed to be everywhere at once, and the staff all seem to mimic her positivity and proactivity. We loved everyone's energy and will definitely return for more sushi nikkei soon!

Newer property with nice decor and fine rooms. On the plus side you get a super comfortable bed and the most amazing pillows I have tried in recent memory. The Spanish shower is cool but the shower itself is tiny. The views are horrendous. We got a view of some neighbor's roof deck with an improvised/rudimentary laundry hanging space. This is astonishing because Hyatt has the option of blocking the views with decor walls or plants, etc. Breakfast is not included, even for Discoverist members. There is a closet door in the room that opens to a wall (huh?) The gym is okay, nothing impressive. There is no spa in the facility. The attendant said we could "order a massage service in our room." We thought the suggestion was not only weird but sketchy. Could he/she be implying that we could request a happy ending? ;-) Front desk attendants in general need more training. The hotel manager was top notch. My average rating has more to do with value because there are hotels within a block distance at half the cost that offer free breakfast and the same or better amenities. We are located between Miraflores and Downtown Lima in a safe district at the financial center nearby houses, restaurants, parks, boutiques, museams, etc. we are sorry you did not enjoy the view, next time we can give you a room with an internal garden view. Unfortunately, not all member rates except Globalists, includes breakfast. If you prefer, you can book throughout our reservation channel in order to have breakfast included for future stays. As we do not have a spa, we do have a massage service to the room, we work with professional masseuses that prepare everything in the comfort of your room. This became my favorite hotel. Got there after 1am tired and there was Ella with a beautiful smile at check in, assigned me an incredible room, she offered me a passionfruit juice that was so refreshing. The room was very spacious and so clean, comfy bed, a lilly coffee machine (best espresso maker). Big bathroom, with slippers and ropes. I have to say that breakfast at this hotel is one of the best I've ever had. There are so many options that feels like a brunch. The ginger carrot juice one of my favorites. It was a joy going for breakfast, Fiorella the host welcome all guests with a great smile and beautiful personality. The service in general was so good, employees remembered my name, which made me feel so special. Henry the bellman was very courteous and always willing to assist. On Wednesdays they have a life band in the restaurant during dinner hours. Food again delicious, Yonel always provided impeccable service and the sommelier service was a plus. His recommendations were always right. I wish I remember more names. I recommend this hotel to everyone that visits Lima. Hyatt never disappoints me. thank you so much for a wonderful stay! Wished our 2 night stay was for a lot longer: this is a perfect Hyatt Centric hotel, wished there was one of those perfect HC's everywhere we want to travel to. Super friendly and engage staff. Great Globalist recognition. Not having to push for any benefits like suite upgrade, but provided proactively. The breakfast is one of the best breakfasts we ever had - it is super high quality and can compete with Park Hyatt Vendome.

I am a frequent traveller and been to this place for some years now already. During my busines and private stays I notice a constant improvement. Whereas rooms are still as tidy and organized as they were when the hotel openend, and the food is still delicious they manage to improve in the detail. Now you have a wider choice of bites at the rooftop bar (which was missing earlier) and the client relationship management - although having always been top standard - is still getting better with everyone greeting, being professional in advice and/or lending a helping hand. That is exceptional and shows that the management is looking for the detail rather than being satisfied with some 90%ish. Please see my earlier reviews for details on menu etc as I do not wnat to repeat it here. I would definitely recommend the hotel to fellow travellers.

A few days ago we had the oportunity to stay a couple of days at the Hyatt Centric in San Isidro. Our visit happened almost a year after our first stay. We found that the staff of the hotel is as welcoming as before and many remembered and greeted us by name. Breakfast is still the highlight of the stay, magnificent and without par in Lima. This time we used the swimming pool and the sauna and enjoyed them immensly. The double room we had was great. All in all the hotel is a year older, and the facilities are still spotless and greatly maintained. I highly recommend this great hotel to any visitor to Lima.

I am a travel agent enjoying a 3 night stay at the modern, clean and aesthetically pleasing Hyatt centric Isidro in Lima Peru.
It’s been such a pleasure the friendly front desk staff met me at checkin gave me a personal tour of the property offered me a courtesy welcome drink and made me feel right at home. They spoke perfect English and allowed me to practice my broken Spanih which was culturally immersive as well as entertaining. The delicious home cooking and friendly room service are huge bonuses to a very nicely laid out room with sofa, king bed, fridge, plenty of space for luggage and even a dining table plus coffee machine and 2 free waters/day.
Abel checked me in and what an important asset he is to the Hyatt Family - you just can’t ask for a nicer host he helped me with every possible thing you can imagine from luxurious massages to sauna instructions and bar visits to enjoy spectacular golden sunsets.
There’s indeed a rooftop pool restaurant which is a beautiful place to have a drink and watch the sundown in the evenings. I highly recommend this location I hope to come back again soon… keep up the good work Abel, your staff here is exceptional … 10 stars!

Hello, At the Centric, generous sized room with 2 king size beds could accommodate the 4 of you. Even the bathroom is comfortable. Especially fine for a few nights. Also the public areas are quiet, safe and comfortable. I liked the swimming pool area and the restaurant there. 👍🏽But for us, the very best of the Centric is the breakfast, the breakfast room staff and the chefs—wonderful! Enjoy!
