Good location, that's it. Room are not air-condition, so good luck with that in Lima. They do have a fan but that will not help much. Basic breakfast. Receptionist (Brenda) was rude as hell. The sun will wake you up every morning. Impossible to bock it with the blinds they have. I do not recommend this place.

It is very well located in Miraflores, very close to the main touristic attractions. Rooms are simple but clean. Employees are very gentle and ready to help. There are not many options for breakfast and it is still nice. Very pleasant place and nice internet service.

The staff here were really nice (even made us a packed breakfast the day we left early in the morning and booked taxis for us). The room was clean and not noisy. The beds were really comfortable. Short walk to some attractions in Miraflores. Overall very happy with our stay here.

good price for B&B in miraflores area. Many restaurants and parks are within walking distance. Day receptionist very helpful. Night person was getting kick backs from taxi drivers he refers, so they are charging more to the client.

Very clean, great water pressure, consistently hot water, and fast Wi-Fi (the best we've had in Peru). It can be noisy depending on other guests' etiquette. Great location. We would definitely stay here again.

Although the room was small, it was enough for our needs. The breakfast was great and included an omelette with ham and bread and fresh juice. All the staff we dealt with at the hotel were very friendly and welcoming. They allowed us to keep our luggage there for the day as we were leaving for the airport later on...

We made mistake in adding extra night stay and booked nearby Wasi. Staff responded quickly with help to unravel, were extremely kind and helpful. BnB was clean. Bedroom small but met needs and breakfast was great. Conveniently located on nice quiet street Driver picked us up at airport saving stress. Would recommend and would stay again.

Clean, modern hotel located in a quiet neighborhood and close to the parks and restaurants. The staff there were extremely accommodating - we got to the hotel at 6am (8 hours before check-in) and of course our room was not ready. After talking to a male staff at the front desk (through google translate, he said the english speaking staff...

Great budget choice in Miraflores. I wanted a inexpensive clean place in a location close to the heart of Miraflores but not noisy one. Wasi fit the bill perfectly. Accommodations are modest but very clean and with good free wifi. The staff is very helpful. Relatives of mine were staying at the Doubletree Hotel three blocks away paying a fortune,...
