So I stayed here like most others as part of a G Adventures trip and I wasn't exactly impressed with my first night on the tour! The room smelled musty and the Internet was terrible and only worked occasionally and only in the hall next to the elevator. The receptionist just fobbed me off every time I had a question....

Our room for the first night of our tour was very warm. The fans did little to help and the room smelled musty. On our return we stayed a while in room 203. It reeked!! We were leaving in the middle of that night so we did not spend the night. Thank God because we would not get any sleep...

I can't say enough bad about this property. When we stepped off the elevator for the first time the hallway was pitch black. We had to use our cellphones to see and hold the light up to the numbers on the doors to find our room. When we found the room, we stepped into a sauna. The fan provided sounded...

Stayed here 2 nights as part of out G Adventure tour. Rooms smelled musty and damp. Bed covers were old and stained. Our room was very hot and uncomfortable. Had an AC that didn't seem to be producing any air hot, cold or otherwise. The toilet did not flush completely. Had to stand in hallway to get wifi. The staff...

We stayed at this hotel for two nights before our G Adventures tour. Had we known how lousy this place was, we would've stayed elsewhere. In fact, we rebooked our flights home and left a day early just to avoid having to stay here another night. The front desk staff was not at all helpful, to the point of rudeness....

The two really helpful and friendly employees of this hotel are one guy at the reception and another one from the security. The people at the restaurant are grumpy and incompetent. The breakfast service is bad. You might be charged drinks from the minibar, you didn't have. The rooms are smelly. Not the best place to stay...

The rooms are okay. They are a bit old-fashioned (and smell like this), but are clean. The bathrooms are clean. Do not wonder, it takes some time until water in the shower gets hot. What is really bad is the service in the breakfast/dinner area. They do not refill the breakfast buffet and close the breakfast area early (even if...

We stayed at this hotel for one night before starting our G-Adventures. While the stay was short, it was long enough. The hotel is clean and quite "cute" and the staff were very nice and spoke english... but.. the rooms were way too warm, with no ceiling fans or air conditioning and the beds were like sleeping on boards. After...

Nice quiet hotel in Miraflores Lima, it clean with decent breakfasts. Not a lot within decent walking distance, a few restaurants and shops and the promenade are about it. The room we had was a good size and clean the staff were friendly and the bar/Resturant decent as well. Good for a short stay over.

The bedrooms are damp and not that clean, the a/c didnt work - it beltched out hot air. The wi fi doesnt work in the bedrooms. It is very expensive for what it is. I paid the equivalent of GBP50 a night which is very expensive. The staff seem to be in fear of whoever manages this hotel - when...
