Good location in a nice part of town. The hotel is clean and nice staff. Good breakfast in the morning.
This hotel isn't going to wow you but is a perfect home base and nothing to complain about. I'd stay here again.

Stayed here for 2 nights while in Lima. Bed was comfortable but bathroom needed upates. Fairly quiet since it's not very close to main attractions but not inaccessible. Front desk staff were helpful and the breakfast was light and decent.
This was a nice hotel. It was cleaned and comfortable. The lady that checked us in didn't seem too friendly. The rooms were a good size and clean. There is a little area that has three computers, which we definitely used because the wifi wasn't...More

Hi there. We stayed on a room facing the street. I believe they all do. The street is a secondary street with not too much traffic. The noise we noticed came from a roundabout that is near the hotel. This is mainly at certain hours of the day when there is heavy traffic. For sleeping the level of noise was tolerable. Not a super super quiet place like in the countryside, but after certain rush hour times especially later at night tolerable. The windows are not really sound proof and if you are a very sensitive sleeper you could do what I do sometimes and use earplugs. I did not really need them for this hotel. In spite of the noise issue at certain hours, the hotel is in a very good location and the level of service is good so these are issues to consider. The rooms are on the small side, but for 2 people they are ok unless you have mountains of luggage. There is a closet with some space for all your bags. For the location and the price and service this is a place that is hard to beat. We stayed at another hotel which was closer to the busy area but had very good windows so we did not hear a thing. This hotel was significantly more expensive than Runcu and much larger so it did not have that cozy feeling of a small hotel. We were on the last floor (4 or 5) just below the hotel which is on the last floor.
