my friend and I stayed end of July 2013. As I mentioned, the place was very homey, except that it was very cold in Ollantaytambo during our stay. When we arrived, we immediately checked if the hot water in the bathroom is working. It wasn't, but when we asked them to fix it, the guy in charge (KB was on...

I stayed at the KB Tambo Hostel while doing the Epic trip with KB tours. The hostel was in a great location right near the center of Ollantay surrounding by a lot of great places to eat and a couple of ruins within walking distance. It was a great base camp for the Epic and I would highly recommend using...

We stayed here for 2 nights over the festival. Not sure if the service was affected by the festival but it seemed odd that the bar and tour office associated with the hostel were both closed throughout our stay. The room was large and the breakfast was good. It felt like management were away or recently changed. Not a bad...

The hostal is in a perfect location to be able to explore the town and near to some great cafes and restaurants. Breakfast is in the little cafe opposite and the staff there were incredibly...

Ideally located in the centre of Ollantay this was exactly what we needed after a tough trek! The staff are very welcoming and friendly, and there are some awesome pastries/cakes for sale in the small restaurant. Breakfast is very pleasant and overall it's a lovely, chilled out venue. The rooms are comfortable and the shower does run hot, what more...

Not a bad little joint this one. Really do recommend it. Great little court yard out the back to relax and have a beer or read in. Room was large and comfortable, good shower. Staff ok. Great cafe directly across the road with the best quesadea ever!!!! Right near the main square, can't go wrong.

We stayed in Ollantaytambo at KB's Hotel for 2 nights. Upon arrival, we were shown to our little private room around the corner of the hotel's entrance. We got a wonderful tour by an employee. The great thing about this hotel/hostel was that we "splurged" on the matrimonial room and it was by far the most economical room at $29/night....
