I booked this hotel online and there was a problem with the booking price, the hotel contacted me and made all possible to get it sorted. They also organised pickup at the train station for a fair price. Very good breakfast, short walk to the main square, nice gardens. Stayed in bedroom 8. The bedroom is not very big, but...

What a lovely place to stay at the end of the Sacred Valley and before going on to Aqua Calientes. When dropped off at the whole in the wall entrance one wondered where one was going. However inside was a different atmosphere. The grounds are delightful and the lounges spacious. The rooms are pleasant if somewhat lacking in what are...

This is a great place to stay. The breakfast is great - one of the best we've had in Peru. The owner is very friendly and staff is very helpful. There are beatiful grounds and several different common areas to hang out and relax. The room was very clean. The only negative is that the wifi doesn't work in the...

I feel like some of the reviews below were for a different place. We found the staff here to be quiet, but perfectly friendly - especially the owner. And maybe it's because we're backpackers rather than 5* travelers, but breakfast was great: fresh breads, meat, cheese, scrambled eggs, coffee - and it was nice to be able to help yourself....

We were disappointed at the atmosphere of this place. Staff was not very friendly and the rooms were dated. We had to buy our own water (or buy it from the restaurant) even though the water isn't drinkable. It's about 3 blocks from the main square. The garden is lovely and if it's warm you can enjoy sitting out. I...

This is a delightful place to stay. Set behind a tall wall at the junction of the towns one way system, it has gorgeous gardens and very comfortable rooms. We stayed here for a few days before and after our Inca trek and enjoyed it very much. The breakfast is no more than adequate, there is a choice of scrambled...

We stayed for 2 nights, at USD 90 per night. Beautiful garden, tastefully decorated lounge area, rooms are clean and spacious, nice breakfast spread. But for this place to be number 1 on tripadvisor, it does lack some fine details though...

Stayed there as part of a group tour. Good location. Breakfast ok not much variety of hot food. Yard in hotel very beautiful has an orchard nice to check out. Internet only at reception really. Short distance from the main square. Rooms dated. Looked clean tho slightly musty smelling. Staff not as friendly as they could be but passable. Good...

I stayed here the night before heading to the Inka Trek. Just a small doorway in an alley way, but when you go through the entrance you are greeted by gardens and a homey atmosphere. The rooms are basic, but comfortable, and the setting is wonderful. The staff were all so friendly, and th breakfast was good, eggs included. A...

This wasn't my first choice in Ollantaytambo but i enjoyed a great stay here. Lovely garden and grounds, good breakfast and helpful staff. Rooms are quite basic but clean enough - just be sure to request a groundfloor room to ensure you get a hot shower and good water pressure! We booked a private tour (by "van") for 4 of...
