I loved the stay and the peaceful service in a magic natural location. I was impressed of how the clean and tranquil atmosphere of this place can give me more relax and pleasure than luxury hotels. :)

Arriving in Peru, we settled into the sparkling clean building, with the stunning view of the Apus, for a week with all 10 of our traveler's rooms together -- we had beautiful artwork, a shared fireplace with an endless supply of wonderful smelling eucalyptus to burn, which we did every evening, as temps went down to the 30's. The shared... More

When I came to Peru this time it was more for retreat purposes than to sight see. Paz y Luz was the perfect place for me to spend the time I had left in Peru to just be. We returned to Pisac to be out of the hub-bub of Cusco over the weekend. Paz y Luz was so pleasant we extended our stay. It is primarily a Yoga and healing retreat center for workshops, but a very pleasant spot to relax. We got a break on price between conferences, but would have felt OK without the discount as... Everyone there is friendly and helpful. I loved the housekeeping staff. The dining room has great food. The round conference center was lovely for our retreat meetings and meditations. I felt very safe there and did not worry about anything. Of course the people of Pisac were amazing. It is a short walk into Pisac and easy access to the... More
