Stayed here for 10 nights. you get what you pay for. Was reasonably priced and the facilities was adequate for our needs. The room was comfortable on the ground floor near the pool which was great. Issues with towels began to get tiresome though as they came and took the soiled towels away early in the morning and they were...

The hotel is extremely tatty, the bathrooms come complete with black mound. Towels are taken at 9am & returned at 5pm, reception staff shunned their responsibilities, breakfast overpriced for choice on offer. Balcony full of bird poop & big holes in brickwork. Advise Sky TV in rooms, beg to differ! Rooms spotlessly clean but overall felt like one step up...

A bit outdated but nice little place. Staff were very lade back with a smile mostly. Check in and out was somewhat a littler slower then expected but understandable. Had some issues with interne code where system was down multiple times. Room was expected per island standards. Transfer to and from the airport a nice touch to the stay.

Stayed there while on business and suited my needs. Staff very helpful especially when I returned to my room to find water coming through the ceiling. The breakfast and evening meals are good-make the most of the white board special in the evenings, as it's very good, while the menu options might be a little hard to deliver. Plenty of...

Stayed for 6 nights with family. location- not far from movies, nice restaurants, airport, food court, super market, taxi stand. Price- A bit expansive compare to what they pay their staff. Charge same as Hotels in Australia or NZ but staff r paid less than $10 an hour. I was so disappointed. Make sure to tip staff $5-10 as they...

I asked for ground floor as I had a lot of baggage and a rental.....got the third floor. I asked for the AC to be running it was not and the room like an oven. It's a good hotel but somebody slipped up, it takes the shine off a late arrival.

I spent 3 nights at Mercure. My room was ready for early check in as requested 1pm. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel location is great in the middle of Martintar with restaurants, clubs, supermarket and cinema all walking distance. The buffet breakfast is good enough with fruits, cereal, bread and also cooked buffet and egg station....

We stayed 2 nights on arrival in Fiji and 1 night before departure which worked well as we were able leave bags whilst visiting the islands. It was good value and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is also very handy being close to the airport and Nadi town, and the Yasawa Flyer does a transfer from...
