At the beginning of April, we spent 12 nights at Mango Bay Resort and we loved it so much I don't even know where to start this review! Accomodation: We stayed in one of the lovely beachfront bures (which is kind of a must if you're a couple on a honeymoon - apparently the other accomodations are very basic). As...

Had a great one night stay over on the way to Suva. don't expect five star, but you do get a nice clean Bure, nice location and very friendly staff that go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Good value for money

Mango Bay Resort is a nice resort with open ocean view (I meant that the view from the hotel restaurant is towards open sea, not from the room). Near the resort, it didn't have any place that sells food, so you must eat in the hotel restaurant. On the other hand, you can do kayak here and this place has...

Bula Frederico, Thank you for your honest review. Fortunately or unfortunately, our location is down a driveway, and as a result to visit other places or restaurants is a little more difficult. It is however easy to organise local transfers to a multiple of other properties, supermarkets or restaurants. Our beach is a beautiful sand covered beach at high tide,...

I was looking for a great place to mellow out for a few days and for sure found it at Mango Bay. I was travelling in the shoulder season so that helped with the serenity. Staff were amazing, good solid food offering and some great activities

Mango Bay Resort is the most relaxing and lay back resort on the Coral Coast in Fiji all the villas are separate, which includes family villas that can have 6 guest. The meals are reasonably priced and so are the beverages. There is a lot of activities which some of them are free. As a group we went on a...

Serious management issues at this place. Racist white staff belittle and abuse native workers who are resentful and constantly pump the few guests to do activities and order more drinks. The place is clearly running at a loss having just transitioned from a highly sucessful backpackers to a more upmarket resort. There was no safe drinking water in the rooms...

Hi there, Thanks for your review, however unfortunately without knowing all the facts in place, I feel you are unable to comment honestly. As the new Management, we are aiming to make a much better experience, and unfortunately that decision has meant to move away from the backpackers market. Our apologies for no safe drinking water in your room, as...

Mango Bay Resort is a great family friendly resort. The staff are wonderful and the food, especially dinners, are just great. We had a family 50th birthday party. The dinner table was set away from other guests right on the beach. We were so impressed they even set up the area for the 2nd night. It might be a small...

Place is in the middle of know where so you can't get anything you need. You are forced to buy from there limited and expensive menu. The owner just hung around all day drinking. Didn't feel comfortable as this place.

The occasion was our 30th wedding anniversary and and as soon as the owner heard about it he suggested a special dinner on the beach incl a bottle of champagne, which we really enjoyed! We had a most relaxing week in our bure by the beach. Food in the restaurant was very nice, the staff VERY friendly and helpful, the...

The garden surrounding the resort gives such a natural, fiji island feel to your stay, as well as the restaurant overlooking the beautiful beach (with perfect water) . The menu has several western options, as well as curry and of course the daily fish specials which were never a let down. My partner and I were very happy with the...
