I am business man living in London, I am visiting Malabo in the second time. As an Hilton Hotel Honor member, I used to stay in Hilton, but after being invited by a friend for a dinner at Ibis Hotel, I met Mrs Eustaquia, she spoke to me about the quality of the services in IBIS Malabo. I decided to...

At the beginning getting into contact with the hotel was difficult, I had to write several times before I got an answer. The transfer from the airport worked alright. I had lunch at the hotel, the food tasted very plain, but the staff at the restaurant was charming and helpful. The room was surprisingly small, directly in front of the...

I stayed a week and the staff was very sympathic. The new Director is very dynamic. Will surely come back. Animations are made in the evenings and sundays for families. Internet is ok and the view on the Palace is very lovely.

Very functional hotel. Very low budget. The electricity does not work great, could not even get my hair straightener to work... The overall service is good. The complimentary breakfast is good but can get boring if you are there for a long stay.

When arriving, I was assisted by a friendly, somewhat English speaking employee. This all went well and I checked into a clean room. Had dinner and this was fairly OK. Though having two different late arrivals by our group, the staff here were kind and helpful. The hotel is very simple like a Motel 6, but a pleasurable relief in the unpredictable developing world. Their restaurant staff were always quick to help.
