Good hotel by international standards. The best in North Korea's capital (do not go to the old and run-down Yanggakdo!). Relatively luxurious atmosphere. Several different game rooms, bars. Take a high floor for the views.

View of Pyongyang is a really different feel and unique experience to average Pyongyang restaurant and hotel. Here is a good choice if you will visit Pyongyang. 旅館緊鄰平壤火車站, 頂樓有旋轉餐廳, 供有多國料理可選,值得一住. 地下室的休閒設施很多, 還可以按摩. 2樓的外文書店 & 1樓的涉外商店, 也有很多商品可以購買.

Precisely as mentioned by DukeTroy. On my trip I was told the country preferred to deal in Euros, and generally conversion rates work better that way. Most stores and hotels will accepts Euros, Yuan Renminbi or US Dollars.
