After the last hotel with spotty wifi, this hotel had great wifi. Room spacious with good bed and large bathroom. I got a room with a tub and shower but fellow travelers did not, so rooms are different. Breakfast buffet is very good and location is perfect. Two blocks down is the marketplace great for shopping and restaurants, very inexpensive...

I stayed here 2 nights on business travel. Rooms were big, bed was comfortable (although the pillows are big and hard), water was warm, heating was good, and I enjoyed my stay. You can smoke nearly everywhere in this hotel, like most places in BIH, but it doesn't smell so strongly of smoke like other hotels I stayed in on...

Having travelled lots in the region and several times to Sarajevo this is absolutely not up to their 5-star grading. Contacted them asking for airport transportation which that said they could fix but then didn't answer any of my 3 emails asking for confirmation and no driver there when I arrived. When finally arriving, the phone in the room didn't...

I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights in late February 2017, on a business trip. The Hotel Europe is a popular and quite busy hotel, well located in the centre of Sarajevo, adjacent to the Old Town. The journey by taxi from Sarajevo airport to the hotel takes about 20/25 minutes. My room on the 6th floor was comfortable...

The hotel is in a great spot, everything you'll need to see in Sarajevo is walking distance - meteres away (hookah bars, historic bazaars, the city hall, the small oriental eateries, ...) However, The staff is appaling. Not responsive, not smiling, not kind in general. They'll just drop the glass/plate in front of you without even looking at you and...

This hotel has a great location right in the heart of Sarajevo. Unfortunately, that's all! The room was tired, relatively noisy and misconceived...large room with tiny crammed bathroom. The access to the shower was an endeavor due to the position of the taps and shower head. Service was average. Exiting the parking after settling my bill at the reception was...

My room was on the top floor of the older section. The hallways were dark and the elevator kept breaking down. The furnishings and bedding felt like/looked like it was from the 70's. I went out one morning and came back at 2 and my room had not been cleaned. I made a request and waited 1 1/2 hrs and...

The rooms are great, with jet tubs and seperate showers! The bed is one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. Old fashion charm that makes you feel like you are stepping back in time. The location is terrific, too! Less than a block from Old Town where there is tons of shopping and tasty resturants. Also,...

The hotel is very dated and not blessed with modern cons. It's a handy stop with many bars and restaurants locally. Located close to the old town its ideal for tourists. Reasonably priced with a good breakfast. Would like to see Filter coffee available with takeaway cups in the morning as the machine coffee is not great.
