Excellent hotel in central location

Central location of this hotel means all the tourist sites are in walking distance. Our room was large with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was well lit and spacious. The hotel supplied us a kettle, coffee and mugs on request. The breakfast was first class.

Fantastic location

Stayed here as a family with a big bed and sofa bed. Room was clean and sofa bed was comfortable. Location is perfect. Steps away from the old town and steps away in the other direction to the shopping ctr. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Nice rooftop terrace to have…

Clean, well located

As others mention, the location for this hotel is wonderful. It is within walking distance to many sites and shopping. The provided breakfast is small, but adequate. Everyone in our group struggled with the showers, but other than that, it was very well received by all.

central stay, clean rooms, and great breakfast

The location is great, just off the main pedestrian street. Parking is very convenient although not free. Rooms are very nice and clean. Breakfast is fantastic, with so many different and rich options of food.

Do you have parking available? If so, what is the cost?

Dear Geminimini, There is a Public Parking Lot across the street from the Hotel, visible from the room, it is very safe and guarded 24 hours. We have a 50% discount for all our guests on that parking lot, which will amount to 10 EUR for 24 hours. Otherwise they charge 1 EUR per hour, and other Parking opportunities here in the Downtown area charge even more. Kind Regards

I note some comments about street noise - is this a problem with the Penthouse? We have booked for May next year and just want to check!

Hi Ed Thought I'd responded to your question but perhaps I did something wrong in sending. We were actually in the hotel again this week when I received your question. We were on the first floor back facing. We have previously been in a front facing but do not recall any noise issues. The breakfast room is rooftop front facing and did not have any noise up there although the windows were closed this time. The trams do run directly in front of the hotel but don't think any noise should spoil your time there. The Hotel is brilliant with really helpful staff. Handy for Central Sarajevo.

Dear Jane, Airport Transfer Service is available for 13 EUR (car, 2 pax) or 25 EUR (van, 8 pax) is per ride/car. In order to arrange a Transfer for You we require flight information so that the driver can wait for you even if the flight is delayed. Kind Regards
