I was visiting Sarajevo and I stayed at the Randon Plaza Hotel, unfortunately the pictures I saw on the internet really thought that the hotel had 5 stars, but in reality it has a maximum of 3 stars. The staff of the hotel is very polite and for all praise. Parking from the hotel is very bad and unsafe, I...

This hotel dosn't deserve 5 stars! The room was a bit old-fashioned, including toilet and TV. When we went to the swiming pool they had no towels, and when we came at the breakfast there was no free table and place to sit. Most important, the staff was very rude and unprofessional ( especially at the bowling club). This hotel...

Maybe good for business stays, roof restaurant bar is okay, very pleased with breakfast, always be carefull when you ask soup, in bosnia soups could be very thick and not good. The negatives are common to all balkan countries. The stuff are like robot.. no feeling, no reaction and no empathy so that makes the service quality very poor, no...

Maybe I expect too much ... for a hotel that has 5 stars rooms are too old (cabinets, tables, doors ...) content in the bathroom was basic, small tv... the good thing is the size of a bathroom (very spacious) and a garage with a ramp for vehicles (in Sarajevo is a lot of stolen cars). Reception staff and staff...

I have been in Sarajevo for one night and the hotel was nice. Rooms were big and very clean. They had a nice bathroom and very warm. Price was a little bit high but was justified what they were offering. Breakfast was very good and with a big range of assortments. The only thing that I didn't like was that...

Hi there, this would be my third stay at the Radon Plaza Hotel and I have already left a review a year ago. To my disappointment, Hotel Radon Plaza has not moved in any way forward since my first visit years ago. In contrary, or to say sadly, this beautifully constructed Hotel is in need of new, more open minded...

Hotel itself is great, room are very big, also the bathroom was great. The restaurant in top of hotel is amazing, the view is really stunning. The breakfast was excellent, you can find something for everyone taste. Employees are very nice and kind. The hotel has few minuses, the bathroom was a bit cold (we were staying during winter, and...

I boarded this hotel on mid September this year as a member of a tour. First I get in this so call 5 stars hotel is a newspaper & magazine stall in the lobby. The room is quite big and clean in European standard but no modern. I think this hotel is an office building and converted into a hotel...

We stayed 1 night when we're on a package tour to Croatia, Slovenia & Bosnia Herzegovina. The hotel is an interesting building, looks modern on the outside but the room is very retro, way back to the 1980s? No complaints though, the room is very big with huge windows and a double bed plus another single bed in it. Take...
